I think it didn't work because stream beam is a form of charge that doesn't work like a charge effect (consumes ammo as you hold the shoot button down until it reaches max charge is charge effect whereas it looked like the stream beam weapon didn't continue to consume ammo as the button was held down)
1. For spending 300 lottery keys get 5 novice chest and 1 winner chest or some fighter chests or a lot of novice chests 2. Get 800 gems you can tons from battle pass and chests 3. Use rock smelter or super mega expedition tool 4. Use extracting ray pistol or other charge shots effect 5. Win 300 parts just get it from events 6. Go to sky islands upgrade your fireworks to the level you are. There you go enjoy!
Oh yeah and for the fire cracker challenge I went into a lobby were we where all helping eachother with the challenge it was beautiful I got it done in one match the best pixel gun players I have ever met

Solar flare made the charge weapon super easy(im not a solar flare spammer, a friend just let me use his account to make him a skin and do some challenges if I wanted to because I didnt have the pass)
