- I can't believe It's my one year of living at Isha Yoga Center!
In this video I have shared with you guys 3 stories on how I ended up coming to the ashram. And 3 of my favorite moments here in the ashram.

I got omitted within 15 min of climbing the velliangiri mountain. Then after some time I was very energetic. So I was been able to climb the mountain alone and got clarity about a problem of mine, and understand some things about my fears.
The day I am intiated to Shambhavi maha mudra I ommited like never in my life.(that was a viral infection actually, but it given me some unexplainable experiences)
During the days I was in the ashram for yatra to velliangiri mountain, even though the food were very tasty, I felt i would omvitt if I eat overly.
Sadhguru can know what works for different people❤️🙏

Hey did anyone helped you with medicines and care when you got viral infection and vomiting? I really get weak if I vomit so I am really confused what will be my state in that situation 🤔🤔🤔

Blessed and fortunate to have come in contact with yoga and it's benefits with Isha and Sadhguru at a young age.
I love your enthusiasm and honesty "I am not spiritual enough and the B still lives inside of me", so classic I died laughing when you said that ;) Thank you for sharing.. My first stop is triple iii TN womens 21 day Sadhana 7/1-22/21 and an extended stay for 4 days, then Isha India when the conditions are right for travel, hopefully by the end of 2021 ;)

Hi Shato! I have a question. I'm a digital nomad and I bring my laptop with me to work everywhere since my work is flexible. Can I live and volunteer at Isha, live there, and still do my work? How much is the rent, food, etc? I'd love more details. Thanks!

The best thing about Isha practices such as Shambhavi Mahamudra Kriya, Isha Kriya, Upayoga is that there are no religious rituals of any sort involved. I do not know about other programs.
Because there are no rituals involved, ladies can do these practices during periods as well.

Namaskaram shato 🙏, i'm glad you completed one year in Isha foundation. I want to know, after filling the volunteer form, as we provide date also, they will call us on the provided date as per form or they will call when ashram is in need.

Hi Shato, i came across ur channel. Pretty nice to see youngsters excited in the spiritual way. I just wanted to know, if i become a full time staff or volunteer at isha , how would one handle the financial income for the rest in the family.. I mean , how do u guys take care of the finances in the sence - do u get salary or how do full time volunteers or staff at Isha take care of their family living outside ? ..would be very happy to hear an answer.

I'm a staff so I get paid. People who have financial freedom become full time volunteers. And general volunteers keep coming from time to time.

How can one get chance of working in ashram special course or something plz do answer
Nice video. Could you share your experience how you deal with your parents and society in general about living a normal life like getting married, having kids, and starting a family, how do you deal with all that kinda stuff. Personally, I believe in dedicating one's life to some greater cause but don't know how to convenience of not following the general mindset of starting family and stuff to society/parents.
