Shalom Joseph - Your words of wisdom never grow old. May HaShem keep you and your dear wife in your times of infirmity, affliction, illness. Baruch HaShem.
I can no longer sit in church because I haven’t found one that teaches the entire word of YHWH. I do go to Bible study on Wednesday evening to study and I listen to you and a couple of others who teach Genesis to Revelation. You have helped me so much because when I understand the meanings of Aramaic and Hebrew words and traditions, the Bible becomes so much more meaningful, and I have a better understanding. Thank you so much! Many Blessings!!
Me neither. I have "nowhere to go" in my city. Synagogues won't allow strangers and I'm left with baptist, presbyterian, catholic or neopentecostal churches, none of which interests me. Thank God for having that "freedom", but I can't stand some clearly wrong teachings and dogmas of these churches...it's a pity.
Wait there are many gatherings following Torah. Is called Hebrew roots. I’m not sure if my brother knows that many of us are keeping the commandments and Yahs Feasts. Jews are not the only tribe. You are not a gentile you belong to the lost 10 tribes which were never lost to YHWH only our ancestors mingled so much with the pagan gentiles that we lost our identity. But your heart is telling you that Christian churches are fake and not really following YHWHs commandments but some of the followers don’t know it So YHWH is waking them up!!!

@@netivyahisrael hi I have a question if Ezra and Nehemiah established the practice in the fourth Century BC of reading Torah portions.. then what do we do with the uncounted for amount of time from the 70 years after 539 BC- the forth century BC, If the content of Ezra and Nehemiah is just after the exile? Could anyone fill me in on what I'm missing? Was Ezra and Nehemiah written much time after the events that they describe?
Your first comments is spot on, I've read the Torah each day as it is our wisdom and our knowledge. Keep teaching the full governance of HaShem Adonia.
Thank you for mentioning Acts 15. I have been told by some Messianic Jewish rabbis that Gentiles only need to follow those four laws mentioned in Acts 15. Rubbish! You explain well that the gentile converts would be learning the entire Torah on Shabbat in the synagogue.
A recomendação foi que os gentios fossem à sinagoga para aprender os mandamentos. Pergunto ao senhor. Como fica o judaísmo tradicional? Livro de "sábios" e etc...Isso também era ensinado?
Yea! HalleluYah Amen. יְהֺוָה Yehovah bless you and keep you always my brothers and sisters in our Messiah Yeshua. Amen Truly brothers, my heart’s desire and prayer to Elohim for Yisra’ĕl is for deliverance. For I bear them witness that they have an ardour for Elohim, but not according to knowledge. For not knowing the righteousness of Elohim, and seeking to establish their own righteousness, they did not subject themselves to the righteousness of Elohim. For Messiah is the goal of the ‘Torah unto righteousness’ to everyone who believes. For Mosheh writes about the righteousness which is of the Torah, “The man who does these shall live by them.” But the righteousness of belief speaks in this way, “Do not say in your heart, ‘Who shall ascend into the heavens?’ ” - that is, to bring Messiah down; or, " ‘Who shall descend into the abyss?’ ” - that is, to bring Messiah up from the dead. But what does it say? “The word is near you, in your mouth and in your heart” - that is, the word of belief which we are proclaiming: That if you confess with your mouth the Master יהושע and believe in your heart that Elohim has raised Him from the dead, you shall be saved. For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and one confesses with the mouth, and so is saved. Because the Scripture says, “Whoever puts his trust in Him shall not be put to shame.” Because there is no distinction between Yehuḏi and Greek, for the same Master of all is rich to all those calling upon Him. For “everyone who calls on the Name of יהוה shall be saved.” How then shall they call on Him in whom they have not believed? And how shall they believe in Him of whom they have not heard? And how shall they hear without one proclaiming? And how shall they proclaim if they are not sent? As it has been written, “How pleasant are the feet of those who bring the Good News of peace, who bring the Good News of the good!” However, not all obeyed the Good News. For Yeshayahu says, “יהוה, who has believed our report?” So then belief comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of Elohim. Romiyim (Romans) 10:1-17
Shalom, dear Joseph! Is there anywhere a list that shows a week of the calendar and a passage from the Scripture (all passages that are recomended to read) ? We would appreciate it a lot! Thank you!
Shalom Katerina, Please see the following link. netivyah.org/torah-portions/ I am so glad you felt the urge to ask this question after watching this teaching :D It means it's working!!
For everyone's knowledge, there are two types of idolatry 1. Worship of carved and engraved as a recognized deity Isaiah 2: 8; Leviticus 19: 4; Leviticus 26: 1 2. Performing acts of impurity, lewdness, fornication, and greed that are equivalent to worshiping adios diosan. Ephesians 5: 5 You know that no one who commits fornication, uncleanness, or greed, has any place in the kingdom of Christ and of God because greed is a form of idolatry. Colossians 3: 5 "Deaden, therefore, your body members that are upon the earth, fornication, uncleanness, sexual appetite, hurtful desire, and covetousness, which is idolatry."
Read the weekly Torah portion as Christians because Apostle Paul expects you to do so, as stipulated in Acts 15:21. Let us see who can now discredit Torah observance as "an old testament law of Moses that no longer applies to us". Christians habitually ignore the most important verse in Acts 15! Verse 21: “It is my judgment, therefore, that we should not make it difficult for the Gentiles who are turning to God. 20 Instead we should write to them, telling them to [ *START* by only immediately obeying these first few OLD TESTAMENT laws of Moses to] abstain from food polluted by idols, from sexual immorality, from the meat of strangled animals and from blood. 21 [THEN AS THEY ATTEND CHURCH EVERY WEEK THEY WILL LEARN MORE LAWS OF MOSES AND BE ABLE TO OBEY THEM WITH SPIRITUAL MATURITY, INCLUDING THE LAW OF TITHING] because the law of Moses has been preached in every city from the earliest times and it IS READ [OUT LOUD TO TEACH BELIEVERS GOD'S LAWS] in the synagogues on every Sabbath (church service).” So there you have it!!!! Christians were and ARE expected to learn the laws of Moses and obey them, as they grow in the knowledge of God's laws by *BIBLE STUDY* ....of the weekly Torah portions read in Jewish synagogues. There were about 613 laws of Moses. The council of Apostles in Acts 15 just picked the most important laws for the new gentile converts to start obeying IMMEDIATELY, which are LAWS OF MOSES, and they expected them to learn the rest by attending church every week where the full laws of Moses is read as part of the weekly Torah portions. This is also confirmed by Yeshua / Jesus Christ Himself, that YOU SHOULD OBEY THE LAWS OF MOSES (which includes tithing) when Jesus INSTRUCTS US: "The teachers of religious law and the Pharisees are the official interpreters of the law of Moses. So you must be careful to do everything they tell you. But do not do what they do, for they do not practice what they preach. [So practice and obey whatever they tell you, but don’t follow their example. For they don’t practice what they teach." Matthew 23:2-3 *THERE YOU HAVE IT FROM THE MOUTH OF JESUS HIMSELF. LEARN THE LAWS OF MOSES BY WEEKLY TORAH STUDY.* Jesus said "If you love me keep My commandments! Whoever [MAKES THE EFFORT TO LEARN] My commandments and [OBEY] them is the one who loves Me. John 14:15,21 So learn His commandments by listening to the reading of the Weekly Torah Portions! 😃 Read Isaiah 56 and see further evidence that God expects Christians to learn and observe Torah. *ISAIAH 56* Salvation for Others This is what the LORD says: “Maintain justice and do what is right, for my salvation is close at hand and my righteousness will soon be revealed. 2 Blessed is the one who does this- the person who holds it fast, who keeps the Sabbath without desecrating it, and keeps their hands from doing any evil.” 3 💃💃💃Let no foreigner who is bound to the LORD say, “The LORD will surely exclude me from his people.”💃💃💃💃 ... 4 For this is what the LORD says: “To [those] who keep my Sabbaths, who choose what pleases me and hold fast to my covenant- 5 to them I will give within my temple and its walls a memorial and a name better than sons and daughters; I will give them an everlasting name that will endure forever. 6 And foreigners who bind themselves to the LORD to minister to him, to love the name of the LORD, and to be His servants, all who keep the Sabbath without desecrating it and who hold fast to My covenant- 7 these I will bring to My holy mountain and give them joy in My house of prayer. Their burnt offerings and sacrifices will be accepted on My altar; for My house will be called a house of prayer for *all* nations.” 8 The Sovereign LORD declares- He who gathers the exiles of Israel: “I will gather still others to them besides those already gathered" No excuse for CHRISTIANS! Verse 6 and 7 above include the law of Moses. Any which way you look at it....ya can't escape the law of Moses. So please make an effort to listen to the weekly Torah portions read in Messianic congregations, as they are certainly not read in 99.9% of Christian churches. By the way, Acts 15 is not speaking to Jews but gentiles and says the same thing Jesus said in Matthew 23:2-3, which is "Learn the law of Moses!" And this agrees with Exodus 12:49 "The same law shall apply to both the [Jew and the gentile]" "The same law shall apply to the native-born and to the stranger who lives temporarily among you.” God said He changes not....that He is the same...yesterday...today...and forever. Hence why Exodus 12 agrees with Matthew 23 and with Acts 15. *ONE LAW TO RULE THEM ALL* Shabbat Shalom. Drops mic 🎤
