My hair is pretty straight but when I grow it out to at least eye length it gets super wavy. Just found that out cuz I usually keep it shorter but because of this quarantine I was forced to grow it out. Might keep it like this tho cuz it looks nice

Hi! Honestly I don’t do this very often because my hair is naturally almost like this and rarely wear it curly. I’ll use this technique when I want to wear my hair curly, which is probably once every few months, lol. But I always use heat protectant. And anything with too much heat can damage your hair, but if done correctly and not too frequently is fine. I stop flat iron my hair straight a few times a week and it’s still nice wind healthy.
