At 7:40 The game is called Pizza Tower which is a platformer game based on the Wario land games. This part is a reference to pizza time an event where you have to run back to the start of the level after killing an enemy named Pillar John. The game gives you a time limit to reach the start of the level. If you fail and the time hits 0 the Villain which is a giant pizza named Pizzaface will spawn in and chase you similar to a blue shell from Mario kart. If he touches you, you die and have to restart the level. Pizzaface is the only enemy who can kill you in non boss levels as you have infinite health during regular levels.
