The german army would grow stronger since hitler never listened to his generals who had good ideas, without hitler the generals would be making the decisions, therefore hitlers stupid idea of fighting on both sides, would be gone, however it is too late because the people on the allies side are speaking english, therefore America has most likely joined the war, so its to late for germany.
