Correction! The second example of practice is ambiguous and can be either 6/4 or 3/2 (6/4 may actually be a better solution) due to the tied quarter notes in the middle of the measure.
Great lesson, on a point that is not as straightforward as I would have thought. In the exercice you gave I got the first item right. In the second one however I came up with a wrong answer. I know why I got mixed up counting, but no spoilers here. This is very helpful material and really well presented. And as always the fact there is an exercice is real plus.
