Dirty Dancing Time of My Life Wedding Dance w/ Lift & Black Eyed Peas Dirty Bit - Jesse & Rachel

- My husband used to be a salsa dancing instructor and he convinced me to learn shortly after we first met. Through dancing together we found an amazing chemistry which is why dancing has always had a special place in our hearts.
***Note: This is my personal wedding, PLEASE NO NEGATIVE COMMENTS. I hope you enjoy, but if you did not please keep those comments to yourself.
For our wedding we knew we wanted to do something extra special so we decided to do a SURPRISE performance of the final dance from Dirty Dancing - Time of My Life - and we even had some of the bridal party members join us!! The reaction of our guests and hearing them sing along to the song was priceless! Also, the perfect ending was transitioning to the Black Eyed Peas song - The Time (Dirty Bit) and having all of our guests (literally ALL) on the dance floor to really kick off the reception and dancing the night away!

Rachel, Rachel, Rachel..... When you try to recreate such an iconic dance like this one.... You have got to be as good as they were!! Or just make up your own. Your steps needed to be smaller and ya gotta loosen up! But out of all the ones I've watched, yours was really good. Just keep your moves and steps tight. And never do a Lift unless you can actually do it!
