Dear Kavitha, No need to worry, it is a comm on challenge faced by every beginner. Being spring metallic thread, it will surely stretch if pull it like thread. You have to giv a bit of extra care while using zardosi. The solution is do more practice then even without your effort your hands will naturally handle it.

R u using normal thread? If u r using normal thread use thin needle. And If you are using Zari thread insert Zardosi directly without needle and then insert the needle
