Those pancakes does look so delicious and I enjoy making them and I have never though eaten them with scallions though. I have some onions now in the refrigerator and I will try getting the ends and putting them in some water and let them grow and trim the tops and use them instead of using the total onion for my recipes.

I was born in the 40's and grew up with Superman and Lois in comics , these made me forget about everything bad that was part of daily life ; then as a disabled Vietnam vet , you and Dean Cain brought wonder into my life. That was very good I'll have to try that, my biggest mistake cooking pancakes I flip to early make a bigger mess. Though I've gotten better at it sometimes just in a rush because I'm really hungry😂 and yours look so healthy and delicious. And the trick with the scallions (green onions) I worked produce for 10 years and that was a trick my boss Taught me two so neat, another trick is if your broccoli goes limp in your refrigerator soak it in very cold water after you trim the bottoms . This will perk it up .♥️
