The purpose of the silver tension adjustment is to create limits for the larger knob. You set up where you want “tight” to be, which then determines how loose the ball is at its loosest. Once you’ve done that, there’s no need to play with it any more - unlike how you’re using it in the video.
I have do something stupid. I have buy the k-20 X without watching any reviews. I buy above manfrotto MHXPRO-BHQ2 because the k-20x is nice, small, compact and can have the same amount of weight as MHXPRO-BHQ2. So I don't know if I have use correctly🤔🤔🤔
Surui clamps and plates are proprietary. They are NOT Arca Swiss compatible. I bought a Surui L-20 monopod head. The clamp will accept neither a 60mm Arca Swiss plate nor the plate on the L Bracket for my D7100.

That may be true for the L series, but Sirui K series - like my K-30 that I love - are Arca compatible.
