  • To commemorate Presidents Day 2020 at The Sixth Floor Museum at Dealey Plaza, Curator Stephen Fagin presented a gallery talk and artifact showcase exploring the evolution of President John F. Kennedy’s image in popular culture over a sixty-year period, from 1960 to 2020. This public program took place at the Museum on February 17, 2020.

    I absolutely adore this presentation. It's so interesting how each item had such a large background and an integral role in the perception of JFK. I love how much people love other people, the segment about how pop culture around the president changed after the assassination as well as the attitude towards his image. That segment definitely made me tear up a little. This video is such a wonderful interpretation of JFK's legacy, deserves a lot more views.

    I have a good collection of Kennedy stuff I even drew a picture of him when I was in high school And then my teacher entered it in the Arizona state fair
