TRX250EX Build EP2 **Finally Complete**

Finally got the TRX250 running properly and it’s so much fun! I’ll be doing a couple more aesthetic changes to it real soon but so far; I’m digging the black accents I gave it.

Looks like you got an exhaust for a crf230f. It says 230f on the box. Big difference between a Dirtbike and a quad.

Hey man I just got a Honda trx250ex recently and I'm wondering where I can get the foot plastics just asking for a friend

For the Honda plastics you can typically buy them from Honda, but they charge a fortune! I would recommend looking on ebay. That's probably going to be your cheapest avenue.

They were actually on the quad when I picked it up, but I also freshened them up with a quality rattle can paint job.

How has the pipe been working I might buy one for mine

Pretty solid! I did have to get some tiger tape to seal up the exhaust leak it had, due to the pipe not fitting correctly, but after I heat wrapped it, it made a huge difference in sound.

Now it won’t fit properly, but with some tiger tape and heat wrap it works very well

The one that came with the exhaust pipe I bought would not fit properly. I wanted to use it but the way the pipe snakes through the frame it wouldn’t work properly.

I believe so, but I don’t own a pipe bender so I could not. It was very close to clearing but it would need some adjusting.

This is a dirt bike exhaust so you will have to use some tiger tape to help seal it up so that their is not an exhaust leak.
