Same, I hate songs with saxophone solos in them and got no love for this instrument - but this is the most fully focused and appreciative saxophone listening I’ve ever done in my life 🎉😂 and the longest time in minutes - it’s like his soul shines out so much it transcends the annoying squeaky instrument. He seems to give it a warmer tone.
Awesome playing. In the pocket. Hope next time the performance has less production and more about the feel of the music. You know how some great music and anime or photo montage can make the viewers cry with just music. That might be a good juxtaposition to this performance. ✌🏼🦁
