I think that drills are miners and endless mode should be much more than 170 ,like the hardest you could ever go like 500 600 or even 900(which is max)
There really isn't a good metric for a definitive build order since 6.3 is an optimization race (and also this run doesn't reflect the current meta anymore). The basic tower at the start is necessary for min-maxing score. Basic start allows you to start with both vector and matrix miner which allows you to snowball score significantly more. The only "timing" is waiting for stakey's body to leave the middle left side so you can build your gausses to build 2x mining time. Timings typically wont be the same since everything is all about cutting corners on defence to get more score. The new meta for score chasing 6.3 is about abusing venom ultimate and firestorm to allow you to defend 8-9x overloads to gain more score before killing stakey. The setup is the same except middle sniper is sold after all miners are leveled and replaced with venom. The strategy is very RNG reliant at best and since it relies on overload it requires playing perfectly to min-max. Gausses are used and staggered by ~1.2s to defend the healers in front of base. Like the previous strategy there's not set build order, it's just whatever you think is needed to survive. (i.e microing anti-air if a jet doesn't get hit by FS, toggling freeze off to re-light FS chain so gauss shots don't get eaten, if there is a backlog of healers build 3rd temporary gauss to defend, etc.)
@@TCMeo Interesting. I guess I'm nowhere near that skill & progression level as I'm still yet to finish all the normal mode upgrades. Most of my time is spent grinding a few custom maps where I abuse the gauss resource consumption along with slowing bosses and a reallllly long track to get tons of resources. Last 2 tries got me about 25k or more of the first 4 ore thingies, while only missing infiar as it doesn't fit as well and I wouldn't have enough to even fuel the gauss towers otherwise. 4 gauss aiming diagonally down a winding path where the other 2 corners are the beginning & end of the map. The beginning is all just towers with the tiles to give extra money, while the end is covered in XP bonus tiles. Average wave 450 so far, but the highest is 479. It just takes so damn long and the amount of bounty I get heavily affects how well it goes. Thus far it also gets me some pretty damn good ratios for gold to damage for gauss & flamethrower, averaging 100000-110000 Either way, each game on the map can take upwards of 2 hours real time with having to lower speeds to upgrade & such. Micro is essential or the bosses always kill ya. Mainly the micro is for the Gauss & the slow from the freeze towers so it targets the boss properly. I just don't know enough about the game's inner working or strategies to have another method of farming, and even if I knew I lack the tech tree advancement.
@@wolf2403The best method I could recommend is accidie's 6.3 AFK method (assuming you have the level unlocked). The research requirements are very low for it (you should be able to farm it with close to 0 research). ua-cam.com/video/wstUC1HZr6w/v-deo.html Alternatively trying to go for a no boss tile on the lucky shot wheel could potentially remove some of the intensity of farming on custom maps. Hopefully this helps ^^
@@TCMeo I have the no boss tile but hadn't used it yet. I have the crusher unlocked so yeah I got lvl 6.3 and 6.4 now. When I say not all the research, I'm about 75-85% of the way to max normal mode upgrades. Also thanks for the advice. It's quite helpful to see that the community is so friendly:)
@@wolf2403 You can easily get 2 million or more minerals per run on all the basic levels. With only mid level miner levels and mining speeds. The key is using the LOOP ability and choosing a map with a X3.5 or more mineral multiplier. To really extend the run and get the most minerals, turn off the auto waves about 2/3 of the way through however long you can last on each level. In the research tree you can increase the time between levels.
Since nobody reported that, now enjoy this bug for the rest of season 3.
thank you so much, this bug makes this level very fun
No way

Stakey: WHAT THE HELL YOU'RE NOT SUPPOSPED TO DO THAT
That's right, we're gonna cheat
I mean, they haven't patched it so might as well.

what to do if I kill the boss too quickly? I have low research and boss is 1.8m health but he is dying to fast

Zecred vid wen
Also nice vid
thanks for the video! can u please make a guide for level 6.6 with low research?
Could you break down the build order for me? I'm confused about exact timings for stuff. Like, is the basic tower necessary at the start?
