Hey Paul, I love hematite. In fact, I believe I have been mispronouncing it as (he-ma-tite) (a long e). I have a few hematite bracelets. The first one, I purchased while on vacation in Arizona. The bracelet was sold to me with the claim it had healing properties. I wore it and felt exactly the same -the same with the exception of a beautiful new heavy chunky bracelet!! What are your thoughts on the healing properties regarding gemstones? Maybe just makes for some good stories to tell around a campfire!!! Interesting lesson on hematite. You and Judy found a gem in the bay!! And, glad you passed your own test at the end!! Cheers!!
Hi Glenna-Judy and I were biking today, and now we are having cocktails in the hot tub. How about I answer you question about healing properties on Sunday Funday tomorrow? Also, awesome question about pyrite lesson-spoiler alert-it is already there-more on that later......
I love faceted hematite for it's shine and gleam. Yes, the heft is remarkable. I purchased large hole faceted rondelles and strung them on a leather cord. I wear as a bracelet. These beads shine and sparkle like few other gems do. (Girls love shine, sparkle. Think diamonds.) Faceted hematite...my black diamond/tahitian pearl-color.
Thank you for sharing your vast knowledge, amazing wealth of information on your channel. Where can I find Hematite beads? the genuine article? I have checked many site but everything looks like the man made version which I don't want or like. Also, JTV offered something called THULITE - ever heard of that?
TMI: Iron is an abundant mineral, and is one of the last minerals to wash out of the soil or sand. In most soils, the older the soil, the more red it gets. This happens if there is not a lot of organic matter or flooding to replace the other minerals lost. This can make some soils or sand look as if they have a higher iron content than they do.
I find it very hard to find Hematite jewelry. Even the crystal shop sells Hematine not HEMATITE. Why is this? I watched almost to the end and didn't hear this addressed.
I love your flow and I was loving all the information. Thank you ☺️
Glad you enjoyed it
😂😂😂😂😂 you passed A + , great show again Paul !!!
