U need to keep the clamps or any seizures opened , then your gloves touched dirty instruments so you spread infection to other areas , you cleaned the tray with the same gloves

From many observation no Dr. Or nurses use proper infection prevention and control guidelines
Please make more video on IC and test like helix , aluminum foil test and so on
