but it's a windows 10 operating system then. OK try going to the start up menu, then find settings and click there. the settings Icon should be right above the power off/on icon. next the setting window opens and you'll see where it says "Devices". when u click on devices, the third option to your bottom left will say "bluetooth". click on bluetooth and turn it on. from there turn on your headset and it should pick it up.

A person would think that buy typing in "turn Bluetooth on" at the windows 10 website or on your computer you would get an answer and not all of the other stuff you don't need.The windows 10 website would only tell me how to connect to a device. Sucks that a person has to go through all of this work for one simple thing. I am certain I will be finding other problems.
Wouldn't you need the USB adapter for the desktop to pick up the signal. Phones have BlueTooth sensor integrated. Some laptops may have a similar device. Most laptops however have wifi integrated.
Guys follow these steps. 1. Go to control panel and click uninstall program 2. Go to where it says "search program" and type in Bluetooth, a thing should pop up that has Bluetooth in it's name. 3. Double click it and it'll take you to a blue screen 4. Let it load then click install new 5. Restart your computer and Bluetooth should be there.

Y'all..try this method.. Apparently it worked for me. Search -> Programs ( Add or Remove Programs). Then Search the app ( Just type Bluetooth and it'll show Intel Wireless Bluetooth) -> click it, n y'all will see the modify -> Click modify. Then there'll be three options ( change, repair,remove) choose "repair". Wait a couple seconds.. n ur problem should be fixed..I'm not sure it'll work on y'all.. But I swear to God It worked for me.. And I did this method after doing the "Service" method. I didn't do this video method..I came here straight as soon as I fixed my problem. Hope it'll work for y'all 👍👍
