Definitely see “Dad” out of his comfort zone, being house bound.I bet he was biting at the bit to “get going” Here’s hoping you all are enjoying your days in the new van -travelling around our beautiful country .😊
I love the way your family deal with adversity. You absorb the hits and move on but also stand up for yourself with integrity and pure as it is honesty as it applies to you, when and where needed.. don’t change a thing❤👍
So very good to have you guys back. I have missed you. Love your motto, life is what you make it and you guys sure make it fun and adventurous, not only for you but us vicariously. Have fun and look after yourselves and that baby to come..❤
Hey mum, quite the introduction, keeping integrity alive and well, beholden to no one, continue lifting those standards with Grace and dignity. Hello Ellis, “ talking to our friends” this was fabulous the way you taught him, his so adorable, and the washing machine tour.. 😂 keep an eye on your tire pressures, now he’s in charge!
You guys are my most favourite Utubers your film photography is absolutely flawless I hope you both are ok and dad hope you aren’t to stressed I hope you both are ok and live every video you do Thank you for sharing your life with us Jane and Andy
Thanks so much Jane and Andy! Yes, Dad does seem a little stressed in this video doesn’t he? It was a massive few weeks for us 😅 we’re back now though!! Appreciate your support ☺️
Glad to see your exciting faces that you've got your new travel trailer! Sorry you had to go through what you went through but you've made it this far and the one you are having bu8lt is not far away!! Safe travels and God Bless
Good to see you guys back on the track. Pity about the last van and the fact that you can't comment on the problem issues. There is a lot of dollars being spent on new vans these days and it looks like some of the so called top vans have some major issues. It's probably not a bad idea to buy the top vans a couple of years old and usually the problems have been sorted. Anyway good on you guys for having a good go at showing the kids Australia. Enjoy and live the dream 😁
good to see you guys heading back out on the road. Can't wait to see the new build once it's done. One idea a bout the new build have you thought of adding a roof top tent such as the Bush Company TX27 for your girl to give her her own space. You could still put solar on top of the TX27 as well
Hi from New Zealand. Yes I like your new caravan. You will have to look after it. I like your lifestyle, it looks fun. What do you think about slide outs in caravans. I know that Jackson said that he said in 1 of your shows that he was a builder. What did Kyla do in her profession before stating a family and doing full time traveling. Keep up the happy travels going. Thanks Jono P
Hey Jono. We are unsure of what you mean by a slide out sorry mate. Can you explain a little more Kyla worked and owed a few small businesses in the early days, but then basically looked after the little ones once they came along. Thanks so much for watching!!
I know it takes money, but a f,t,s 750,Isuzu truck, would be nice for your family, with a small sleeper cab on the back for your young teenage.why I say a f,t,s is not many people are putting this truck threw there pace ,and you would give a excellence review,as you do on your van, look out for the el,nick family as there in your area,be good to see to family talk over a barbecue, you both make excellent video s, keep up the good work, look forward to next video.
@thcartwrights 100%. I get that things break / mistakes happen. However it's how a company deals with these issues that separate the ok from the brilliant.
Hey guys new subscriber from 🇮🇪 Ireland. Really want to travel Australia like this in the future. Love the channel, honest reviews, not selling anything, no affiliation 👍 What do ye do for work on the road?
Hi Marty, would appreciate that you didn’t announce our location to the world..hahaha. Just joking big fella..yea, that woulda been us! Shoulda said g’day
@@thecartwrights I saw the rig turn out from somewhere and just got a glimpse of the van brand. Not until I got home and caught up on your dramas did I realise it was you guys. Love your content, keep living the dream. Marty from Perth
That word... Concent? Compliance? Being a good wife? Knowing your place? Oops. LOL. Glad your can't reach through the monitor and hit me! (Just kidding of course) [shrinks down and raises arms to cover head defensively hoping that's taken as good natured humour] But seriously, love you guys and your can do attitude inspite of setbacks and challenges, plus the stress of traveling with a young family. Well done! Respect. All the best with the new van in lieu of the custom one to come.
Yeah mate. Sorry. So it’s a vacuum with a filter on it, that sucks clean air into the van from outside. Therefore pressurising the van with clean air and not letting dirty/dusty air in from outside
How in the work career did you afford to do the truck, buy a mint van as a temporary while you build another van! I need another job 😂 awesome stuff though! ❤
Hey mate. I’m a builder. We still have a building business running in Sydney. FYI we used the money from the refunded van to buy the interim van. But either way, we are very lucky to have the things we have. And as you can see we don’t take it for granted. Thank you mate. Thanks heaps for watching and commenting
It is a great fit, but we just needed (wanted) something a little more Offroad for our crazy antics and there were quite a few custom features of our new van that is definitely suited to US. This is our HOME so we wanted to get it PERFECT this time.

Great lookIng trailer but love the tow vehicle tryed to buy cruisemaster trailer suspension was like any way that was a joke but being in America the service to there stuff no service
Nice van! What happened to the last caravan though? If it was a structural or component failure, couldn't you just say what it was? It wouldn't be slander if it's a true report of a warranty problem. On face value I can't see how the last caravan brand has leverage over you for you not to make a video about your experience.
What happened to the Masterpiece guys 🧐. Thought it looked like a decent van too? Only asking because I know you will tell the truth unlike the paid product peddlers who call themselves “influencers”. Thanks and congrats on a wonderful way of life.
Basically Masterpiece have pig headed themselves and shot themselves in the foot! One thing, one golden rule you abide by as a brand is don’t burn your bridges with UA-camrs that promote your brand! Big mistake take will haunt them for years! Might be the nail in the coffin!
I’m shocked you got away with 800w in solar. Given the size of the caravan and your family, you would need at least double that. With the bigger fridge and other appliances in your new caravan you will require close to 2000W to be safe.
Nah mate. 800w is good for a 300 amp battery. I would consider anything bigger than that, absolute luxury. People tour Aus with way less. But yes we have over 2300 watts on our new van
@@thecartwrights yeah, you have 2300w now. If you don’t want the extra, can you send it to me, I’ll take it. It’s iPads, phones, and other electronic devices that absolutely sap the wattage. We were in campervan with 1800 W and barely made it. If you’re operating as influencer with drone, computer and other devices, 800 won’t cut it I get your view, but these new devices absolutely suck power unless you’re driving 4 to 5 hours a day otherwise 800w waste of time. Additionally, some families now have 4 to 5 members, so this also drains power I.e fridge, wash, etc. If you’re family travelling around Australia with caravan intending to free camp, 1800 W is minimum. Also, 800 is acceptable if find yourself chasing power all the time. Why not spend an extra thousand dollars to allow you to free camp up to five days plus? Plus, who wants the stress. We have 2800w and if we decide to extend two days extra, no worries. )
i do completely understand what your saying, and we are often chasing power and desperate for sunlight. however i will respectfully disagree by saying, you adapt to the systems you have. currently we are making it work. however yes, i agree, battery anxiety is definitely real 😂 @@Naessey
We purchased our current caravan to live in whilst we get a custom one built. Due to how hard and crazy we tour. We need specific things , such as suspension upgrades and off grid capabilities. So we need to build some thing custom. But that takes time
