Periya place sollum bodhu "in" use pannanum for example, in Chennai is only correct. Particular ah exact location sollum bodhu "at" use pannanum for example, at street name or any particular place in Chennai. Can u understand?

These two are correct but their meaning is nearly equal to "in(side)"
"In" is comparatively bigger when compared to "at"

Jumping is a movement from one different place to another so 'onto' is correct. It is called "preposition of movement".
Sitting, walking these all take place in one place itself so 'on' should be used as "preposition of place"
