How to find and upgrade Nana Village in Lego Fortnite Lost Isles

After being totally frustrated since the update, and completely scouted the survival island on foot for the last three days, I decided to change the approach, and it was within half an hour that I found the village!!!
1. CHANGE YOUR SETTING INTO FLYING! I just realized that we can now change our island settings, so the last setting is Flying, and I've enabled it. That will immensely speed up the process.
2. CHECK THE SMALLER SIDE ISLAND! I already scouted the main island (although there should be two villages altogether), so I thought let me check that smaller island. And indeed, in the middle of the island there it was!!!
3. HAVE SUFFICIENT MATERIALS: to upgrade to level 2, you will need completed build (can be very simple), grilled pineapples (x3), and a health charm. If you don't have them in your inventory as it was in my case I had to add a grill and a craftbench. Pineapples were easy to find. Three spider silks and three bones for the charm took a little bit of work, but it was easily completed. I already had three wolf claws.
You will notice that Nana Village's requirements are different and specific, similar to what was the case with the Star War Village. Eventually, it will be upgraded to level ten.
4. CREATE A BED FOR YOUR FIRST NANA VILLAGER.
