I've had that tradition for a couple years now too - sniffing fragrances while drinking coffee - so what I did was I bought a whole bunch of cork coasters and would spray down a test strip and leave it on a coaster overnight. In the morning, the coaster would be dry and relatively scent free, but the instant it made contact with a hot mug, it would infuse the fragrance into the bottom of the mug. Then, with each sip I would get the entire combo without holding anything to my nose. Amazing how well it works.
Love this. Did coffee and incense today and a special Area Le Dore that I was gifted. I love cork for holding fragrance.
Very cool! I've never tried any of these pure ouds before, so it's great to learn more about them.
Theres definitely a path to start with. I got lucky and got ones that are so ethereal it's unreal. The tops were the best ocean air ever and it was high quality so it does something to the mind as well. If your ever interested on what to try first please reach out privately. Thanks for the exploration of this house. I keep eying some of their offerings, esp. that black friday discount$$ I've tried a Thai (which was nice) that they had and I used their Cambodya for mixing. I'm interested in their Indonesian ouds and some of their more premium ouds. I totally agree about the 1/4 tola bottles and packaging across the board. I was fooled by the wooden cap too!
LOL that's exactly why I.dove in. Seemed to be the best Black Friday sale of the year. Was hoping to get a sample of the Indonesian oud no such luck. Still have to see if the Orange Blossom separation is normal.

Hey B another food for though video my friend totally agree with your take on attar bottle presentation in general,the are of course generic with small tweaks from some perfumers hmm, I will say at least Ensar uses a glass or Perspex dabber rod which unlike the pliable plastic ones will on occasion bend and flick a drop into ones eye yes it’s a thing annoying lucky you getting home from vacation to all the little treasures peace ✌️ brother bs safe🇮🇪🙏🙏🇺🇸.just seen a video from Hueleme mucho Juan is the channel host and he did a review on the perfumist attar house and an offering called Cam Remarkable 7 types of Cambodian ouds blended he seemed impressed so I took a peep at the prices etc and 250 bucks includes 50 dhl for 6 ml and the attar jar when he demonstrated opening etc it had the glass rod attached to the lid boom just the ticket anyway will let you know what’s the story when I get it bud oh ya probably know already B lol 👑
Hey Bren thanks for the info on Perspex. It's definitely easier to get in and out of the bottle. I have had a couple of glass one they break easy.
@@TherapeuticFragrance cheers B yeah plus the glass rods the chemistry industry and labs use our of course the better option they are tempered and slightly pliable just like good Japanese steel strong but not brittle as to shatter just watched your Ensar On Oud vid super and my friend received my Trat Treat from jimmy today oh man it’s delicious warning ⚠️ on bottle do not apply on area of your body that can be accessed by your mouth lol lol cheers bud ✌️
So glad you got Trat Treat. This is underrated even by me. That oud is so freaking good. Yes maybe Schott should step in LOL or Pyrax.

YES it.dried.down into a leather. I would still put this at a 50/50 fragrance
