    Chicken in Recheado masalo, turns delicious and takes hardly any effort if you have recheado masalo premade. You can prepare Recheado masalo and store in fridge and use as required. Stays good for atleast 30 days. You can make so many recipes with this paste too, like Fish Recheado, Chicken Recheado, Prawn Recheado ect....

    INGREDIENTS:
    For Recheado Masalo:
    Red chilies (dried)- 12-15 nos
    Tamarind pulp- small ball (lime size)
    Garlic- 4 cloves (finely chopped)
    Ginger- 1 in, chopped
    Jaggary- small piece
    Turmeric powder- 1 tsp
    Pepper corn- 1 tsp
    Cloves- 1 tsp
    Jeera/ cumin- 1 tsp
    Mustard seeds- 1 tsp
    Methi seeds- ½ tsp
    Salt to taste
    Vinegar to grind (about 4 tbsp)
    For Chicken recheado :
    Salt- Pinch
    Oil- 6-8 tbsp
    Onion- 1 sliced
    Tomato concentrate- 2 tsp
    METHOD:
    1. Add all the ingredients of the recheado masalo in a mixy jar and grind into a fine paste with vinegar. Do not add water.
    2. Store this in a glass jar, in fridge. Stays min 30 days. Use whenever required.
    Goan style chicken with recheado masalo:
    1. Wash and clean chicken.
    2. Marinade the chicken with some salt and the Recheado masalo, for 2 hr to overnight.
    3. Heat a pan, add 4 tbsp of oil.
    4. Add one sliced onion, fry until translucent.
    5. Add the chicken fry in oil for about 5 min.
    6. Turn and fry on other side too.
    7. Cover and cook for 5 min, the chicken releases water.
    8. Add tomato concentrate and mix well.
    9. Cook until chicken is soft ( 15-20 min).
    10. Serve hot with dosa, neer dosa or rice.
    Cooking time 15-20 min
