I’ve experienced flaking too 😬 it sucks because it moisturizes and clumps my 4c curls in a way that I haven’t seen other moisturizers do…but the flaking 😬😬😬 Edit: I tried again on wet hair and REALLY massaged it into my strands. No flaking, and it’s the best moisturizer I’ve ever used!
Thank you for doing this video. Because I had the same problem. And I was so embarrassed because I had to do a 5k with white stuff all in my hair looking a plum fool.
You applied too much, ma'am. I've realised that TGIN, Camile Rose products are truly a little goes a long way products especially for people with low density and thin strands. Also, if you pair some products that don't comply with each others formulation, you'll experience flakes.
I use this product and it worked great no flakes. Looks like you use to muck love and also the oils u used before you sprayed the water could of caused the flaking with the combination of the butter
I’ve experienced the white flakes too with this product hence why I found your video coz wanted to know if others experience the same too. Going to try it again today alone and come back another time with the results. I am not heavy handed & it does moisturise well which is why I want it to work & stop the flacks.
@@sukanyaclarke3838 I’ve tried it a few times and wanted to give you better feedback. I’ve applied it alone and it’s been fine no flakes at all like i normally used to have. A week ago I applied cantu leave in conditioner as I like that, but that caused the flakes again. Then I washed it and just used TGIN and almond oil which was fine no flakes. In my experience I think it does not like to mix with other products. Even when apply it alone my hair is very moisturised.
Thanks for the review, cant wait to hear your thoughts on their repairx line . Seems like that line is the best. This daily buttercream made my hair itch. But how long did the moisture last?

I just tried it. A little definitely goes a long way. Haven't had the flaking issue as of yet. It did make my hair soft.
I'm glad it worked for you! I think my hair just didn't like it, but I may give it another try later.

Thank you for watching! Also, thank you for verifying that I'm not the only one who experienced this!

That's the thing, I used a lot less than I usually would. I will try it out again in the future though to see how it goes.
@@SimplyLilianxo that's great ma'am

I'm glad it worked for you. I'll just stick to what I know works for my hair at this moment.

How did it go?

Thanks for letting us know the different ways that you used it, I'm sure it will be helpful for others.
This product doesn’t like being mixed with other oils. Try it without you spray mixture.
Good to know. I haven't used the product since this video, but have a feeling I won't try it again.
I had the exact same result!
Glad I'm not the only one!
Me too. I put some organic coconut oil on it the 2nd time I used it but still flakes.
I’m thinking you used a bit too much
It's a possibility.

Thanks for watching! The moisture lasted throughout the week with no issues, it was just those horrid flakes that were the issue.
I think u just used too much of the product
That’s what happened to me. When they say “a small amount”, they literally mean that. Once I started doing that, the flakes and itching stopped.
You don’t need a lot of this product.
It left me with like white flakes or grains which sucks cause the smell is amazing 😊
The flakes were no fun :( but, yes the smell was amazing!
