Unfortunately this was probably done on purpose for views but the same person who acts like he was saving it. The pup wasn't malnourished or even dirty in anyway but somehow was suppose to be abandoned? And why haven't they got it to the vet in the first place?
Simple because some human beings are despicable, unempathetic, and have no value for life or God's creation. It breaks my heart to hear this precious pup just cry and cry. Maybe the same fate will reach the person who did this. Thank you for caring enough to take care of him. God doesn't punish for animal cruelty because if He did all animals eaters would suffer. Before animals make it to plate for human consumption many were tortured smh.

Innocent, helpless animals are dumped and forgotten every few minutes in the US alone, so you can imagine the magnitude of the problem when we're looking at it worldwide. I'm always amazed at how people can mistreat and abuse a gift from God of continuous love. Dogs are always willing to give neverending love even when they're mistreated. This little fur coated ball of love is too precious to have gone through this.
