Kounde's performance is directly proportional to Lamine feeding him and also tracking back and helping him in defence when needed...but still it was a good game from Kounde defensively top notch as you said

If Olmo can not play for full game, then Raphinha should replace him from left wing to No.10. I see no other player who can play as effective in no. 10 as them.

I think de Jong is not fit as well as he doesn't do technical fouls, because I see the last 3 /4 matches he doesn't go for technical fouls and attack started & waited for last moments. 65-70 min is topnotch by our back line , I personally enjoy & happy how interchangeable Pedri & casado. Olmo's fitness ___. Our attack 3 has a good game.but finishing is bad. Sub farmin is excellent. Due to his run & streching left side 3rd goal happen , in 2nd goal his short is excellent. Faran score 2 goals but he gives position in easy way. I enjoyed the match because both teams wanted to score last 95 min. Fully attacked mode. Special mention ,cubarsi penalty was 50/50. I have seen many games in CL . They aren't given. The same happened with Barca also & with much more hard push.
Bhai they need some rest. They are playing every game for completely 90 minutes around 3 times a week and both of them are not in their prime age. One is 17 year old and another is 33 year old. So they are very much fatigued
