yes and no, it depends on whether you save the effect as scale or anchor in/out, and you may need to make adjustments each time as the clip duration is different

how you do keep the frame size, im editing 9:16 and the clip of mine is in the middle like a square clip in a 9:16, but whenever it zoom the clip/clip frame messed up and expands as the zoom happen. It expands in the blank black space out. How to fix these plss?

i'm not exactly sure what the issue looks like, but try this: nest your clip first. right click -> nest. then proceed with the zoom transition.

no such thing as "4K CC". you can upscale your clips through Topaz AI and colour correct through Premiere Pro, then colour grade after.

does this happen when you're at the start of the clip *only*? try this, nest your clip first, then add the transform effect
