Sundowner is an awesome villan because you can look at it and say "this guy is bad" but you cannot exacly tell how much. Other villans try to be complicated, where they try to back stab or ambush an enemy like betas, Sundowner goes head first towards the objective like a beast, and that's why he is so apealing to many people.
One of the cool things about this dude is how they animate him. He doesn't really move much for a short while, then all of a sudden he'll make a big dramatic gesture. It really sells his unpredictability and also makes him a little inhuman, almost insectile.
As somebody who is born on September 11th, I can relate to Sundowner on a spiritual level. I mean, celebrating this day of the year is common practice to me

"Best of Sundowner"? It's "Best of the Game" as Sundowner is the BEST! It's insane they could give a character such a hilarious background within ten minutes or so; you can easily deduct his lines and distant humor.
