    I’ve been using PEO for only 2 weeks and my hair have grown 4 inches.. I tweaked it a little because I didn’t have jojoba or olive oil instead I used unrefined coconut oil and vitamin E oil also I’ve noticed less shedding I also noticed my edges have thickened but I was using aloe on my edges so it could be a combination of the PEO and aloe..

      💯💯💯💯💯. That's exactly right‼️Never knew until a few months ago how much of an impact scalp Circulation has on hair growth. I began using some about a month ago, and I LOVE THE THICKNESS I'm seeing. Had surgery and it required a partial shave. Eventually I did had it shaved down evenly. Between this and Aloe my hair is healthier than it's ever been. I'm excited for it to grow to it's full potential💗💗💗

    I followed your method and I've been doing it for about 2 weeks now and honestly my hair has grown so much my husband said "Bae your hair is so pretty and shiny and yor hair has gotten wavy." It is just so so pretty and it has grown out so much so I do live by your method I think it's the peppermint oils that's actually promoting more of the hair growth. I ended up mixing my peppermint oil with argan oil, grapeseed oil, avocado oil and olive oil.

    Your hair is unimaginably healthy and beautiful! Thank you for sharing your tips. My hair is immensely dry and thirsts for moisture. It is far less thicker and coarser than it used to be. I started using fresh aloe vera gel over a year ago as a leave in conditioner which makes my hair instantly moisturized, shiny, and easy to comb. It also promotes real hair growth. I prefer using it during the spring and summer months because it is wet when first applied. I recently began using organic, cold-pressed Black Seed Oil and my hair loves it, too. I mix it with peppermint, lavender, rosemary and lemon essential oils. It seems that my hair is saying, "Yes!" I want not only length, but, thickness too! Stay lovely and thanks, again!

    I've seen hundreds of hair growth videos and even tried a few essential oils with various other ingredients for over ten years. What I've learned is that if you didn't have long hair as a child to begin with, chances are very slim you'll suddenly end up ever growing long thick hair you weren't born with. Some of us have a much shorter growing phase than others.

      You hit the nail right on the head, my sister is a mobile hair stylist and she knows all about these natural products, our mother is her Guinea pig (so to speak) and she came to the same conclusion as you. But I notice it's like blasphemy to say that on average black people have short hair and ones genetics determine what length hair he/she will have. I have never in my 36 years seen anyone with really short hair all their life use rice water and oils and their hair grow to their back or waist, it may grow a few inches but that's it.

      @sarahoh7593 5 років тому +49

      I don’t know because I’ve seen people with beyond short hair(like un grippable) and their hair end up past their bra strap. Healthy thick long. I truly believe that it is really a matter of knowing what’s best for YOUR own hair and how to keep it healthy. For me? I can put Shea butter directly on my scalp and my hair will stay growing like a tree. Shiny, healthy and all that. And a lot of people can’t put it on their scalp because it clogs their hair follicles/pores. I don’t even have to melt it. I just smooth it on and it keeps my hair healthy. Also, stretching works. Wear (not tight) braids, will keep it growing. I only wear braids for 2-3 weeks at a time because I do my own. Then I take those out, wash and deep condition my hair and rotate a different style for about 2-4 weeks then I might put some more braids in for like a week or 2. Then I’ll stay out of them for like 2 months then I’m back to braids lol. But yeah girl, once I found out what worked for me? My hair stop breaking off

Then to maintain the length I wash my hair once a month always doing deep Condition via my hair steamer and trim my hair when needed. I do the least with my hair and keep it in about 15 twists daily. Right now I have nuvo locs in for a few months for a break. I'm also a huge fan of hot oil treatments then I sign under my steamer too.
