Looks like you work out.. Studies hv shown the best time to workout is 7am.. Eat healthy.. Vitamin D3 and B's. Have Magnesium w Calcium one hour before bed. Have some Vanilla Honey Chamomile tea w a spoon of coconut oil and wrote down your plans for the next day. When your head hits your pillow, take 3 breaths.. as far as you can in and as far as you can out.. then pray for everything you could think of.. You'll fall asleep.. I promise.

Praise God! The sleep help on Psalms 121 is a blessing. I have had sleep issues for over 6 months. It was getting to the point I was dreading the night and getting panic attacks as soon as I would try to sleep. It took me awhile to settle enough to actually listen and picture walking through the valley with Jesus, and listening to the prayers. But once I did I felt the calm and peace come over me... I usually sleep an hour or two, then up for 3 then sleep another 2 or 3 hours, but I actually slept a solid 6 hours straight! Thank you! Looking forward to tonight!

Looks like you work out.. Studies hv shown the best time to workout is 7am.. Eat healthy.. Vitamin D3 and B's. Have Magnesium w Calcium one hour before bed. Have some Vanilla Honey Chamomile tea w a spoon of coconut oil and wrote down your plans for the next day. When your head hits your pillow, take 3 breaths.. as far as you can in and as far as you can out.. then pray for everything you could think of.. You'll fall asleep.. I promise.

Going through severe anxiety, stress and insomnia from a minor car accident that happened 5 months ago. I took a leave of absence from work bcs of my conditions mentioned above. All is resolved now, but still experiencing ptsd bcs it took 5 months to close claim. I ask this community to please pray for me to put this behind and get my life back.

Praise God! The sleep help on Psalms 121 is a blessing. I have had sleep issues for over 6 months. It was getting to the point I was dreading the night and getting panic attacks as soon as I would try to sleep. It took me awhile to settle enough to actually listen and picture walking through the valley with Jesus, and listening to the prayers. But once I did I felt the calm and peace come over me... I usually sleep an hour or two, then up for 3 then sleep another 2 or 3 hours, but I actually slept a solid 6 hours straight! Thank you! Looking forward to tonight!
