I still remember the first time I ever heard this song was while watching a Rurouni Kenshin AMV dedicated to Sojiro Seta, back in the old days of Toonami and Adult Swim on Cartoon Network. This has been one of my favorite songs (and bands) ever since.
This song reminds me exactly how I felt growing up with so much hatred and hurt in my family. Now I live in a similar situation as an adult and I look out the window at night and look at the nice houses lit up and I just wish I could be in one of those houses without abuse .
