IAAS - Manage infra by yourself, azure will provide you resources like storage, VMs etc PAAS - Infrastructure is managed by azure. eg (Azure Sql, Cosmos DB etc) SAAS - Use software directly, not need to manage and configure. eg (Outlook, Teams)
