thank you so much i really enjoyed watching the video and i think as you said it's just i tool for developing the basic form of any project , it's much of a way of thinking .

Great to see this ai thing has been implement into render engine. I think the model doesnt have to be much detail for faster result. And I think this good for those who looking for idea ( facade in this case).

Exactly, this is great for quickly exploring design options without creating detailed model previously. I think it could even be inspiration for architects and designers.

I would not compare it to archiviz that would take hours and days. I would compare it what it is, an collage from pinterest images. That result could be made within minutes without an AI. Just take your building, pinterest images, cut out pieces in photoshop and put them on your building. Reason why AI is somewhat better at it, it could search many images, but if that software would just give you images it used, you could make a photoshop collage easier. For now those are just black boxes with no way to get to original images.

I would argue with that. Sure, Veras is just doing collages in the background, but it's making them so fast a seamlessly, that it would take experienced photoshop user hours to do that. The key is to get to know how to work with the prompt and sliders. Currently, it cannot replace archviz, but I can imagine in not so distant future it will be able to replace rendering engines for most of vanilla renderings. Especially if the AI would also take 3D model into it's calculation, which should be achievable.

It is a very first step in my opinion. It is true, that at its current form it's quite limited. But I still see it may be useful for some architects, especially for initial conceptual work. I expect the AI engine will develop further to provide even better results, but we will see.

Yes, with more prompt you can get better results. I was just learning to work with Veras in this video.
