I was looking up at the jumbotron for the replay because I didn't see the play before that, and then everyone gets super excited so I look at the field and I see a Mizzou guy have the ball and running it in for a touchdown for the game winner when it was fumbled by their QB. When we were walking back to our car, an Oklahoma fan said that they were terrible and a bunch of other stuff dissing his own team. They got their anger out by beating Alabama.

His defense isn't that great. They have been exposed and worked over several times this season. Burnt Vegetables is in over his head, he isn't HC material. The lateral 8 times play never works. A Hail Mary is a low percentage play as well but it’s a better choice for sure. With as bad as these teams were playing defense, it would have had a chance.

How could one of the greatest OU defensive-minded head coaches lose on a 3rd-and-17 play? How about 4th-and-10? All with under 2 minutes left? Surely OU's great defense would shut this down, right? That's what a great defensive mind as head coach would do!
His defense isn't that great. They have been exposed and worked over several times this season. Burnt Vegetables is in over his head, he isn't HC material. He needs to focus on the defense and beg and plead with administration to try and find him a offensive wizard. How about the former Arizona coach who is now thr OC with the Washington Commanders. Hire him away from Wash. I keep hearing OU is BROKE, and can't afford Vegetables buyout, much less pay the fee for the new coach ans whatever assistants they bring over.
Gonna be 2 to 3 years of suckage, if they are lucky. Could be more. They are now fighting with a really good Texas team and atm team for the Texas recruits. OU keeps this up, it will be like chum in the water for these recruits jumping off the OU sinking ship.
I'm enjoying seeing them struggle as a rival fan.

A few years down the line and y'all Tennessee fans will be regretting what you ever said. It's not the SEC intimidation, it's that BV trusted someone who brought the team to their feet. 16-12 Houston would beg differ against this game.
It's also that, the defense doesn't need rebuilding. It's already rebuilt. But the offense needs a complete revamp.
