Someone reminded me of Sweet Comfort Band! Man! Love these songs...I forgot, but they came right back!
Hallelujah! Praise the Lord! The Holy Spirit led me here. I used to have this album back in time. So here I am now listen. Older now and the words just pop. Amplified. Born again and infilled with the Holy Spirit. This ignites my Spirit man. This is so awesome to hear. Also like "Armed and Ready" and the slow music by them. Thank you for sharing this. Wonderful production sound on this record 40 years on & his voice is unbelievable, no Autotune
in 1982, such a special band, incomparable really, one to really thank God for.

Perfect Timing is there "rock" album. These are good, but I'm a BIG fan of the Perfect Timing years. :)
Somewhere I have a box of vinyl. This album is in that box. I no longer have a turntable.

doesn't get any better than this...SCB were as good (if not better) than any 80s top 40 band.
found this in my dad's cassette cabinet in middle school, he never liked their harder rocking stuff, I however did...still love this album.

Not a Christian anymore, but remember this music when I was. Still kicks ass! I remember seeing Brian Duncan in a 'note duel' with Randy Thomas at a Christian festival concert, I think in Mountain View CA (Mariotts..anyone remember that theme park?). Voice versus guitar. Pretty damn awesome, what pipes he had! 'Sweet' indeed!
Listen to the song "Haven't Seen You" on this same album, and come on back, brother. There's still time to rejoin the race.

It gave me a foundation for understanding the ‘big’ questions in life and has played a huge part of who I am today. But at some point I just stopped believing. Come on home! It don't matter what you have done. Medical challenges, Bills, the list goes on. Just simply Life. Jesus provides the way out. I know first hand. I was a Prodigal for many years because of blaming God for taking my mom and dad due to cancer. And a lot of other issues I had. You never forget your "First Love" and that's Jesus Christ and how you felt when you asked Him in your heart. I will be praying for you. God Bless.🙏

+Matt Collazo Hi, Matt! Glad to hear you just got saved. As for the albums, if you don't mind paying for them, they're available at amazon.com and iTunes. I have scruples against downloading them without paying unless there's no other way (as in the case of something being out of print), as I believe the artist or copyright holder should get paid (not to mention it's the 8th Commandment). And of course you can always listen more or less for free on UA-cam or Spotify.
