ساغو. يسمّونه ساغو بس هو بالأساس بودر ياخذونه من شجرة التابيوكا شبيه النشا بس يفرق وياخذ وقت حتى يطبخ. لما يستوي على عداله يصير هلامي بس محافظ على شكله. البحرينيين يحبونه على عداله والوالدة مذلك كانت تسوّيه مثل المهلبية بس على عداله يعني مايطلع ناعم ولذيذ جدا بالأكل. موجود تلاقونه بين الحبوب أو مواد الحلويات أو حتى البهار.
It is a sweet dish.. you may add your aromatics such as saffron, cardamom and rose water. If you don’t like caramelizing the sugar you don’t have to (you probably burnt your suger syrup) just wait until the sugar dissolves then add food coloring or saffron then once thickened add various nuts not necessarily cashews. It’s quite flexible.

واضح الفيديو ما يبيله شي. غسال وتنقيع وتالي طحن .. شوية سمنة وحمسنا فيها الكازو وضفنا شكر وكرملناه وتالي نزّلنا فيه ماي والساغو ونطبخه حتى يكثف.
