I love the fact that Temar calls Wayne out on his stuff. It put Wayne in the position of acknowledging that he is making a conscious choice. In this case, it’s a choice to deceive Sarah. Erica is on that more than Wayne because Wayne has nothing to lose. As he said, he’s just (enjoying the ride) seeing where it leads. Erica on the other hand may lose a lifelong friend, whether they have something real or not.
All Erica has to do is have a conversation with Sarah. The only thing wrong with Wayne and Erica being together is the fact that she’s hiding it. The truth will make you free.
