Pork Pie, mit Charlie Mariano, Jasper van´t Hof, Peter Thiehuis - Konzert "Live im Lessing" 98

Die Weltmusiker Charlie Mariano, und Jasper van´t Hof gründeten Mitte der 70er Jahre die Formation Pork Pie, zu der auch der Gitarrist Philippe Catherine gehörte. Zum Konzert "Live im Lessing" 98 spielte an seiner Stelle der Niederländer Peter Thiehuis.
Fast dreißig Jahre lagerte die Aufzeichnung dieses außergewöhnlichen Konzerts im Archiv des Produzenten und Veranstalter Bert P. Herfen. Für ihn gehörte die Veranstaltung zu den Höhepunkten einer Konzertreihe, die über fünf Jahre in Folge, in der Aula der Lessing-Schule in Wesseling am Rhein stattfand.
