    Ingredients
    [ ] Beef with Bones -1/2kg
    [ ] Tomatoes-1/2 kg small cutt
    [ ] Ginger garlic paste-2 1/2 tbsp
    [ ] Oil-1 cup
    [ ] Yougurt-1/4th cup
    [ ] Fresh cream-200 gm small pckt
    [ ] Red button chillies - 9 to 10 pcs
    [ ] Crushed black paper-1 1/2 tbsp
    [ ] Crushed coriander seeds-1 tbsp
    [ ] Green chillies- 6 to 7 or as required
    [ ] Ginger- 2 tbsp julian cut
    [ ] Lemon- 1 pc
    [ ] Salt - 1 1/2 tbsp
    [ ] Whole black paper- 6 to 7 pc
    [ ] Cinnamon stick - 1 pc
    Directions
    [ ] In a pan add beef whole black paper and cinamon stick with 1/2 tbsp salt mix and add 4 cups water and boil.
    [ ] Once done then same pan add oil
    [ ] Add red button chillies and fry
    [ ] Add tomatoes and fry cover for 5 to 6 minutes so tomatoes will be soft
    [ ] Add boiled beef and mix
    [ ] Add crushed coriander seeds and mix
    [ ] Add salt and mix
    [ ] Add yougurt and mix
    [ ] Add 3 to 4 green chillies along with ginger
    [ ] Mix and cover and cook for 5 to 6 minutes
    [ ] Remove cover and stir continuously to remove yougurt water
    [ ] You can see the oil will show up
    [ ] Need to cook and stir until all oil release and tomatoes will be mix properly with gravy approx time 8 to 10 minutes
    [ ] Add crushed black paper and mix
    [ ] This point you need to keep stir so all spices and meet cook together
    [ ] Now add fresh cream and mix
    [ ] Cook for 3 to 4 minutes then add lemon
    [ ] Add green chillies and ginger and cook for 3 to 4 minutes
    [ ] Mix and its ready for serve
    [ ] Enjoy with naan paratha or kulcha
