I have a lot of success putting a small roundish plastic bead between the bullet weight and hook on the free rig. It creates a little noise when popping the worm across the bottom and helps entice the fish to bite.
Tyler thank you for taking the time to do this competition. It was fun to watch and you definitely didn’t get skunked cause they be biting still! Tight lines take care and God bless!
You should do a crossover video with Kickin’ Their Bass and Fletcher the Fisherman. I think you guys would absolutely smoke some bass together, and I think a lot of fans would enjoy.
Ever since I’ve watched and subscribed to this channel, I’ve been wanting to fish so bad 😂 I love how you show and talk about different lures in so much depth to how to fish them. I have no regrets since I’ve subscribed, keep putting up helpful videos my man!
The drop shot is so powerful! I always follow up an area that I caught fish with a drop shot especially if it’s a bottom contact type bait like a jig or something if I catch some fish on a jig I can usually pick up a few more (usually smaller) on the drop shot
Hey Tyler, I’ve fished a dropshot for a year or so and just recently figured out I was “doing it wrong”. I use a 5 inch blue fleck KVD fenesse worm. That worm also sinks, and I just realized everyone uses floating plastic baits for dropshot. I fish as a co angler in tournaments and have been out fishing my boaters using floating baits. I would love for you to try it out let me know if I’m really “doing it wrong”. Thanks Tyler
I think swimbaits there are tons of different rigging being weedless or with a spinner attached, I just got the striking rage swimmer with the tackle warehouse jig head off of your recommendation and it’s been working out great!!! Thanks for all that you do.
the best luck ive had with a shaky head is just a straight drag and reeling in the slack line. I love to throw a worm the is buoyant so it sits straight up in the water and floats while I drag it. I havent worked it in clear water because normally theres a lot of grass. but ive had some luck dragging a junebug in some very stained water on a rocky bottom. such an over looked presentation. during the summer I always have one on depending on where im fishing.
I’ve been getting back into fishing and have fell in love with your Chanel, however by the Great Lakes it is smallmouth dominated, can we get a smallmouth master guide?
Tyler, I watched one of your videos recently and you showed one of your favorite spinnerbaits… it had a bright red (orange) head. I’d like to watch it again. Any idea which video it is? 🤷🏼♂️
I've noticed that bass forecast, deep dive, and all the bass UA-camrs never recommend inline spinners or just a basic rapala minnow, is there a reason why?
In-line spinners only work in relatively “coverless” water, and are not that versatile in terms of depth/speed/etc. Still can work great! Just not used a ton anymore. Now in response to the Rapala deal, I’d just lump that into the crankbait category
Btw thats not a neko rig, thats a head waited wacky rig. Neko rig is litterly rigged different on the hook more parallel with the hook so it stands up a lot better then a head weighted wacky
@@CFJONROJAS I just started watching his videos but just noticed they were all from like 5-10 years ago so I went to his most recent video and he still looks 18-21
Download The BassForecast App! bassforecast.onelink.me/5aRm/tyler
I wonder why there’s so many bots in your comment section
I’ve got the BassForecast app pro version and love it! Only thing I wish you could do is see a list of all baits with your videos attached 10:42
Willie worming around is my fav type of fishing.
This is my new favorite bass fishing UA-cam channel. You are a beast bro good info and content all the time!
Awesome! Thank you!

Your interaction with bass and your audience is amazing and you make me laugh a lot. Thanks for the instruction and comedy.

Swim jig, football jig, finesse jig, bladed jig
This will for sure happen
hair jig too

This was an amazing video!! You should definitely do more of fishing the same bait for 5 days!
That's the plan!
I really like this series!
Congrats on 355,000 subs! Great video

Let’s go! Get out there!!
9:07 just like that boys and girls...absolute giant! couldn't agree more that was huge! haha man I love your humor. God bless
Lol
Great video and information it was great seeing you using a spinning rod I know you love your baitcasters
I love spinning rods a ton!
This was great. This style of video is awesome.
Glad you liked it!
I honestly would love to see you do another one of these videos with only fishing with a glide bait for 5 days or maybe a jig.
I’ll for sure do swimbaits and jigs this summer

Someone could become pro level just learning from your videos
They would have a good basis, but the decision making on the water is what gets you from really good to pro. Nobody can teach that, it’s intangible

Come up to Michigan. Try fishing for 5 days on a 9000 acre flooded cedar forest. Fletchers flood waters. Would love to fish with ya there!

seeing now that it works in grass. well ill give it a shot then! lol
For sure works in grass!

Search “TylersReelFishing smallmouth”. I’ve made several videos for ya 👍🏼
I like the neko rig but I prefer fishing it with a creature bait. I feel like it's the perfect balance of finese and presence in the water
Hmm interesting
yep, good one Tyler
Hi Tyler what would you use at a crystal clear pond?
I'm brand new to fishing, love your content. If the Neko Rig is Japanese, it's soft E. Like the word, "neck". Neck-O.
Yeah I think it is
Great video! I was just wondering if a flipping jig or a skipping jig is better for under docks during the summer?
Skipping. Always better to get further under
tyler was being so gentle with the fish in this video . he barley set the hook on any of them
Not much business was given
How do you find spots to fish at?
Google earth and subscribers
What net is that
When you coming back to MN brotha?
Summer!

Hey Tyler what is that kayak and what did it cost?? I’m trying to get into kayak fishing because we don’t have the money for a boat
Native Slayer 10. Love it!!

I hear what you’re saying, and I’m gonna keep calling this a neko😂
What rod where you using with the Neko rig
Elite Rod from Lew’s I think
@@TylersReelFishing thanks
Damnit it just hit me fin from adventure time
Lol
I need the drop shot video link ? You said you would link it down below 👇
Sorry, it’s there now!
Does the GOAT respond? 🐐
Howdy
I fish worms a lot but have not tried it on a drop shot
Go for it! Watch my drop shot masterclass for all the tips 👍🏼
5 Days with a spinner bait
Why no Texas rig🥲🥲
Just didn’t make the cut!

whats with all these bot account comments?
No idea how they even got here
All part of youtube. The bigger the channel, the worse it is.
