This is honestly one of the better rating tier lists I've seen with the criteria and qualification you based them on like the multi-faceted and aspects with the various layers with beginning, middle, and end and with there being a lot going with the story board.

I personally like vegito blue's transition bc he slices it with the sword, and thats very cool to me.
The only problem for me for his voice lines is that they are underwhelming, the “vegito… blue!” Doesn’t really have that energy. Also the beginning voice lines are kinda goofy and make it feel less cool

Slay idk if you saw but when ultra rose puts the scythe in his other hand his fingers actually move as he’s putting the scythe into his other hand and that’s a really nice touch

25:19 - i think they were going for a more of a cowboy bebop kind of look, because hit is more of a serious guy that uses his time and effort wisely. it was kinda short though, thats rlly the only problem.
To this day I think Ultra Rose still has the best animations in Legends (especially his green card and Ultimate) they SNAPPED on his animations and the way he was revealed at battle hour 2023 made it even better.
