That green CFL shutdown delay was probably phosphor. It’s more common in LEDs tho although they’re don’t glow green during glowdown.

@@JacobsElectronics I’ve had 6 LED bulbs die. They were all the No Name HD Supply brand. They were either installed by a builder or a maintenance technician. Can have also been installed by the last person why lived at the apartment.
