sorry to say but, the puppy should be at least 45 days old before adopting him. a puppy needs mother milk and his brother and sister to play around. till a puppy gets a year old he should be fed 5 times in small portions. and in start use milk replacer of royal canin. brands that I use are ND, ROYAL CANIN, ARDEN GRANGE.

Packet food isn't good for anyone....home food is good for puppies as it's for us...packaged food is laden with preservatives...how can it be good for them? deficiency can be sorted with supplements
well, try to give different types of food, bcz puppy gets bored by eating the same food for a long time. now it's summer season so try plain dahi once a day. but make sure nutrition se full ho khana. mere brownie ka bhi same problem tha abhi bhi hota hai kabhi kabhi.

How to get rid of tear stains?
Use puppy wet wipes. Or quick bath wipes. Don't use wipe which is made for humans. There are special wipes made for dogs, use only those.
