If you’ve recently been sick/ had a very stressful event there is a condition called telogen effluvium. Typically a dermatologist is actually a pretty good route as far as the treatment plan but mostly they’ll tell you; Biotin, Plentyyyy of water, nutrafol and topical rogaine (weird I know but definitely helpful)! Hope this helps!
We def going through the hair journey together. The crazy shedding started last year for me. My curl pattern ..🤦🏽♀️ Def want to try Nutrafol as well, because my hair is going through it!

I don't know If it will help but I stopped coloring my hair and starting using shampoo and conditioner with Jamaican castor oil in it. My hair is curly just like yours. But as always loved you're vlogs and glad u and Sunny had a blast 🎉🎉

Hey Kaila i definitely been experiencing same shedding with my hair. I'm making an appointment with dermatologist u may want to consider trying that..Iron levels or some type of vitamin deficiency can be low... My scalp was itching alot..smh

Hey there! As far as your hair, your body could be going through changes (I.e. “the next phase). You just had a birthday and your body changes every seven years and your approaching 30! My hair and skin went through it when I turned 41. I took hair vitamins too and found skin regimen that worked for me! Hang in there and drink water and eat veggies and low sugar fruits! You’ll be ok 👍🏼 😊🫶🏼

I was also worried about that! I haven't experienced any breakouts because of it yet but I'm definitely watching my skin like a hawk!

I don't know your life but definitely get back to exercising regularly if you do not right now, and load up on the fruits and veggies even more than usual. Try to go towards the more natural hair products and i'm even talking DIY hair masks as simple as honey and egg, avocado and olive oil .... And yes stay away from the flat iron! Camille Rose naturals is an amazing brand for natural hair and i've tried sooooo many. You can slowly trim off the damage while you grow your hair back. Praying for you in Jesus name for your peace and health

Did you have Covid? My hair is growing back a year later with no color and no heat plus hair growth oils n vitamins. Braids will stress the roots. Unreal!! 💋💃🏻👠🥑🎸

I haven't bleached my hair in almost 2 years and I treat my hair weekly with masks, oils, etc. its stress along with other factors which is why Im trying these!
