UN-BELIEVABLE. Mick Mars is a guitar GOD!!! That's all I can say about him. GUITAR----GOD. Are you KIDDING ME?! And Vince was rivaling an opera singer I think (and I love it!) -Nikki was just yummy in every way, which is kind of sick considering I was about 4 1/2-5 yo when this was recorded (don't care! I can appreciate yumminess when I see it.. I'm all grown now!) and Tommy is green and just damn amazing-I'm so glad I found this video! What a TREAT!!!! I could just watch it over and over again! Love, love, love!!!!!
yea dude. i grew up in Upland and reading in their book that members of my favorite band grew up like 5 mins away from me was pretty cool. im only 21 now so of course they had long since moved away lol.
i freakin love you man thanks for this! i'd give anything to have been old enough to have seen them then. And Mars was 31 and looked 20ish. So there's hope yet for my 22 years (and still looking 16) of not being in a successful band! And Vince sounds electric here. Whoa. They look stunning. I wish I could have lived the Whisky, and the Starwood :(
Motley Crue Kicks Serious Ass!!! This is one of my favorites off of "Too Fast For Love", and it kicks ass live!!! MOTLEY CRUE ARE THE BAD BOYS OF HEAVY METAL!!!
Early Motley had it all, the look, the ability, the talent, the attitude. They flat kicked ass and ruled the 80`s. Mick Mars is one of the most underrated guitarists ever. I wish they would have kept the early raw sound like this, that`s what made early Motley so magical. By the time they got to Dr. Feelgood, the polish was applied by Bob Rock. While Feelgood was a great album, it was sterilized. Had it been made with the sleaze infested rawness like the early days it woulda been killer.
tengo 48 años a esta banda le escuche desde que inico en los 80 es una de las mejores en su estilo, en especial me gusta el lado salvaje de la vida, chicas chicas chicas y love wirless, son buenissssimas
This is the version from the original "Too Fast For Love" that was released on Leathur Records. The re recorded the whole album for the major label release and it never quite captured the spirit of the original.
I saw them on their first tour, opening for Kiss on their Creatures of the Night tour. The Crue did some material from their yet unreleased next album, Shout at the Devil. They were so loud that we all lost at least 25% of our hearing permanently! They were incredible!
MC started American Metal. Who else was around in 1981? Who else was in L.A. then? Who else was playing The Country Club in Reseda, Whisky, Starwood ect. and attracting a good sized crowd? Nobody is the answer to these questions. Metallica and Slayer are shown here in videos on UA-cam in L.A. 1983 and nobody is at their shows until 1984. Kiss was rock not metal. I was on the scene in 1982 and MC was the first popular U.S. metal band in LA. From 1981 to 1985 most bands came out of LA and SF.
I do know that alot of the people who liked Motley Crue in 1982/1983 went on to like Metallica, Slayer, Megadeth, and Anthrax by 1984/1985 so Motley Crue paved the way for ALOT of different types of metal bands. L.A. was the place to be for metal in the 80's.
I love old school Motley Crue but mostly to fast for love album this is a great video right before Vince, Mick, Nikki, and last but not least Tommy got big!
As said before this Original Version(Song) it is too much better than the remaster, in my opinion...i sat listened the two version and this have too much strong and ¨feeling¨(if u know what i mean)... Shukria Thanks a lot 4 share with us this video... CRUERULER
Hair metal BEFORE hair metal!!! The first two crüe albums FUCKING SLAYED!!!! I don't care who you are or what you think!!! You know it's TRUE!!! 'Nuff said!!!
i remember seeing these guys at the whiskey a go go thay played this once ,i wuz 15 at the time but i sneek in haha good times when people didnt ask for ID as much as they do now
Iron Maiden was from Europe. I will say alot of the people who liked Motley Crue in 1982 had moved onto Metallica by 1984 and then Slayer by 1985. That's why I say Motley Crue started a big opening in 1981/1982/early 1983. After 1983 alot of people who liked them moved on to different bands. In late 1983/1984 MC attacted a much larger mainstream audience. You would be surprised how many Slayer fans in 1985/1986 were Motley Crue fans in 1982/1983.
I have a flyer autographed from by Motley Crue from 1982 my uncle knew Tommy in highschool and a little after that...my uncle and my dad were invited to his 21st birthday party and after that Motley took off and my uncle lost touch with Tommy...I want the world to end and restart so I will be able to experience the 80's...I fucking hate this era
Just got mind raped. Holy fuck could vince f'in sing high back in the day. Going to them tonight. Could not be more excited right now !! fuck yeah Motley Fucking Crue!!!!
.....And by the end of 1990 tons of people who were into metal during the early, mid, and late 80's ditched metal altogether and moved into the "rave" and "electronica" underground music scene.
Haha, this was such a bad (the good kind) jam.. Impossible to understand what vince is singing in the beginning, and I LOVE that :p for 1981, this was incredibly 'in your face' :D
vince neil is like the first singer in every really big band-- you know, the one that gets fired as a signing condition, and who only gets brought up in paragraphs containing the phrase "from humble origins..." --except he somehow got to keep his job. genius band, that motley crue.
Golden Ages!
Those years must come back!!!
Love, love, love!!!!!
Nikki is pure badass
The Crue is one of the most coolest, most awsome bands to ever be created. They sounded awsome here and they still do.
@TheGoatwhore yeah! he is one of my favorite guitar players an i dont know why he isnt in the top list of gutarplayers
This video is very rare. Back in the 80s I would have killed to see this video.
Micks shredding is awesome in this song.

This is my favourite Crue song ever.
wow, it is so much fun watching these guys play. just so much fun.
yea dude. i grew up in Upland and reading in their book that members of my favorite band grew up like 5 mins away from me was pretty cool. im only 21 now so of course they had long since moved away lol.
the most attitude a band has ever had or ever will have.
The solo is what gets me everytime, evertime I listen to Too Fast For Love and this song plays I make sure everything around me is quiet for the solo!
This song gives me hopes, I don't know exactily why, I know only that it does!
i freakin love you man thanks for this! i'd give anything to have been old enough to have seen them then. And Mars was 31 and looked 20ish. So there's hope yet for my 22 years (and still looking 16) of not being in a successful band!
And Vince sounds electric here. Whoa. They look stunning. I wish I could have lived the Whisky, and the Starwood :(
This proves that they DESERVED a record deal oh soo badly!
theyr all so amazing and perfect, they work incredibly well together!
Motley Crue Kicks Serious Ass!!! This is one of my favorites off of "Too Fast For Love", and it kicks ass live!!!

This is the version from the original "Too Fast For Love" that was released on Leathur Records. The re recorded the whole album for the major label release and it never quite captured the spirit of the original.
Their Too Fast For Love and Shout At The Devil Albums were the best
now that's heavy metal man god bless the Crue; and i hope they make a new album soon because it's been a while.
Take me to the top!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! lol love it
I saw them on their first tour, opening for Kiss on their Creatures of the Night tour. The Crue did some material from their yet unreleased next album, Shout at the Devil. They were so loud that we all lost at least 25% of our hearing permanently! They were incredible!

It's sad that today's musicians just don't have the charisma and presence that musicians back then had.

i remember seeing these guys at the whiskey a go go thay played this once ,i wuz 15 at the time but i sneek in haha good times when people didnt ask for ID as much as they do now

THE DIRT RULES!
My favourite crue s song no doubt
I love how people say this band is all show no sound.
This proves they obviously can play/sing without all the studio work. :]
Hahaha, Cutest set of boys everr. Miick, Nikki, Vince And Tommyy .
80's at its finest!!! % 5 DEVIL HORNS
en mi opinion motley crue fue la creadora y prepulsora del metal en ee.uu ya luego hubo mushas bandas hasta llegar a la empresa metallica
Race in 1971 super bee will listening to this bad ass
Early Crue footage rocks. For more rarities like this be sure to check out Glambone's page on here...

.....And by the end of 1990 tons of people who were into metal during the early, mid, and late 80's ditched metal altogether and moved into the "rave" and "electronica" underground music scene.
I think motley crue fuse rock n roll, metal and glam imo
Haha, this was such a bad (the good kind) jam.. Impossible to understand what vince is singing in the beginning, and I LOVE that :p for 1981, this was incredibly 'in your face' :D
