Request you to kindly lodge a complaint at consumer court to make these huge businesses understand that if there is denial of service, there should be refund.
Everyone here, It may differ to location by location because Jio AirFiber works on 5g network, not on optic cabel so it may differ to loction to location because 5G network are new so cannot come into all locations and if it came into your area it still may be low or high depending on your locations but sometimes if it is error by company , than you should complain about it. The thing it said there was "it cannot be refundable till the plan is activate but after your plan is deactivated you can refund your money"
Jio air fibre is worst. Since my installation, internet is not working. Sales persons are selling product but not lifting calls and technicians saying box which is installed in Terrace is damaged always. No response from customercare. I am waiting from 10 days but issue is not resolved yet. My suggestion, please don’t go with Air fibres at least 6 months . Boxes are failing within 1 or 2 days and it is unable handle network load.

I have booked for jio fiber and they came and install JioAirfiber instead. installation was done on 26th August and till now no internet connection. already one month.i told him to do prepaid and he select postpaid. i lodged a complain and said there will be no refund if i cancelled. Now i have to wait for them to come and fixed the unwanted jioairfiber and still waiting till today i.e, 30th sept 2024. spent nearly 4800rs and wasted money like this. this 4800rs is not a joke. no refund. no service. only problem and no solution. everything was against my consent. From jio fibre to jio airfibre and from prepaid to postpaid. what a waste
अरे भाई मैने jio में काम किया है एम्प्लॉय सही काम करते है... पर jio की मार्केटिंग स्ट्रेटजी बहुत बेकार है... जियो के एम्प्लॉय से पूछो उन्हे कितना प्रेशर दिया जाता है..... जियो के एम्प्लॉय की मीटिंग में जो सबसे नीचे पद पर होता है... उसे मां बहन की गालियां भी use की जाती है... वो तो जियो में काम कर रहे एमप्लाई की कोई न कोई मजबूरी(पैसा ₹) होती है जो जियो में काम करता है.....उनके सेल्स लीडर सुबह 6 बजे मीटिंग शुरू कर देते है और वो भी वीडियो कॉल पर की हमारे एम्प्लॉय फील्ड पर पहुंचे या नही...और अगर कह दे की नही सर अभी निकल रहा हु तो उसे बोला जाता है सुबह से क्या कर रहा था..? काम स्टार्ट क्यों नही किया... अभी तक तुमने कितने सिम पोर्ट की है और नही की है तो क्यों नही की है कारण बताओ अगर नही की हैं तो लीड क्यों नही रखी..... और बोलते है की अब करेंगे तो बोलते है रात को ही कर देना था...रात 12 बजे और जो special days होते है टारगेट पूरे करने के उसमे रात को 12 बजे से अगली रात 12 बजे तक मार्केट में घूमना या फिर फील्ड पर ही रहना......!! में तो आप सभी से यह निवेदन करूंगा की कभी कोई भी काम कर लेना पर जियो जैसी कंपनी में काम मत करना.... उसमे काम करने से अच्छा तो एक कुत्ते का जीवन हो सकता है....!!

Always prefer to use local broadband they will resolve issue immediately and most of thing is we dont need raise any ticket or type 1-2-3 to call customer care my local technician resolved issue at 11 pm last week

You dont need to wait for 36-74 hours if there is any connection issue they will resolve same day or next day and price is also same. I am talking about pune, Maharashtra. Before buying airfiber you must check that there is atleast one 5g tower in your vicinity. The more the numbers of 5g towers near your house, the better the connection and ping. And it should be really close to your house like 400-500m as 5g signals have low wavelength compared to 4g. If there are no 5g towers then go for fiber connection. 0 connection drop, near full speed as specified by ISP. Also if you're a very basic internet user with only basic browsing and cost saving in mind then go for Jio routers. But if you're an advanced user who knows how to play with router settings then don't even look at jio, pathetic ui and limited functionalities. Rather go with your local ISP with tp link routers
I also facing network drop issues in Jio fiber. It get disconnected and i have to connect it again to use... Now almost after 6 months of raising the issues the company stated to disconnect and get the wifi of other companies... Pathetic service
All they doing is aggressively adding more and more customers to the network. Yesterday I went to store to get new number. One person came to store saying he is having problem with his vivo phone to which service rep replied oh vivo mein always problem hota hai. Most pathetic thing about that statement is there was big advertisement about vivo phone inside the store. They want to sell you phone that gives problems to their customers 😂😂

I have been using Jio AirFiber for last 1 month and it is superb. The speed is really good. I am getting 29-30Mbps both uploading and downloading speed with 30Mbps plan.

That’s why right now it is best to stick to fibre (wired) internet in India, until wireless and satellite internet technology is perfected, which will take at least another 5-10 years. I have regular wired Jio Fibre since a year and have faced no such issues.

Pathetic service for their refund policy. They are basically looting people’s hard earned money like this. I also faced the same issue with their Jio Fiber. After paying for 6 months in advance, was able to use only 3 months of service. Jio is a fraud.

We didn't face any issues with Jio Fiber. Even though, I am using Jio sim in Abroad without any Hassel. Barish ke baad thodi problem zaroor aati hai but that's fine.

everyone is like this only. Airtel is not responding me since last 8 days. they just say it will be restored within 24 hours. Moreover, last year due to rain it didn`t worked for long 2 months and they just refunded for 25 days.
Airtel Extreme Fiber Even we booked the new connection in urgency of need nd sells person said it will take 48 hours to get the connection. But after doing the online payment within 2min got the message that before 12:30 or engineers will visit your adress for installment nd provided their number but guess wat they didn't pick calls for next 5 days nd 6th day came nd installed the air fiber which was not told us before we thought we are getting normal fibre connection as we dont know they released something new and 6th day they have spent all day in my home till 6:30 but it didn't work nd haven't get any signals nd somehow they tricked us nd took otp by saying its a procedure nd they have started our plan at same day without starting the internet connection nd said it will take 4 hours time from backend to start nd if doesn't not they will come at morning to check and since then nobody came nd not even picking our calls nd complaint 4 5 times in airtel customer care and all they says we are raising a complaint ticket about this issue and highlight it nd it will be resolved in 24 hours nd this 24 hours have been done since last week at repeat.

I have Airtel fiber. 40 Mbps plan. Working superior without interrupting. But one problem when power is cut then the internet won't work and electric comes then router take much time to provide the internet
In my case, I booked jio air fiber and they are giving dates for installation from past 3 months, when I call them for installation they say there is a shortage of technician in our area. Then I cancelled my booking. But still did not received my booking amount

I have been using Jio AirFiber for last 1 month and it is superb. The speed is really good. I am getting 29-30Mbps both uploading and downloading speed with 30Mbps plan.

That’s why right now it is best to stick to fibre (wired) internet in India, until wireless and satellite internet technology is perfected, which will take at least another 5-10 years. I have regular wired Jio Fibre since a year and have faced no such issues.
Bhai mere paas ek normal led tv hai jisme UA-cam nahi chalta hai toh airfiber ke saath ho set top box ata hai agar usko connect karu toh kiya mein aap ne normal tv pe UA-cam chala sakta hu?

4. other location par work nhi kerta hai or direct terminate kar dete hai agar other location deduct krte hi .
5. Jab govt net band kar deti hai tab bhi is me net nhi chalta q ki yeh nornal tower se connect hai ,
6. Overall jio air fiber is wrost , only go gor cable fiber or if u in village then go for BSNL air fiber is best

Airtel fiber Broadband is far far better than any other broadband
Pathetic service for their refund policy. They are basically looting people’s hard earned money like this. I also faced the same issue with their Jio Fiber. After paying for 6 months in advance, was able to use only 3 months of service. Jio is a fraud.

same experience, service provider also do scam, they tell giving package of 6 or 12 month, and they pay postpaid plan every month, and every month i have to call them to renew and they start afternoon 12-2pm after coming to office, sometimes take 3-4 pm means day totally waste. #jiofiber #jio please take action if reading my comment, living in Airoli, Navi Mumbai.

We didn't face any issues with Jio Fiber. Even though, I am using Jio sim in Abroad without any Hassel. Barish ke baad thodi problem zaroor aati hai but that's fine.

Airtel is not responding me since last 8 days. they just say it will be restored within 24 hours.
Moreover, last year due to rain it didn`t worked for long 2 months and they just refunded for 25 days.

Even we booked the new connection in urgency of need nd sells person said it will take 48 hours to get the connection. But after doing the online payment within 2min got the message that before 12:30 or engineers will visit your adress for installment nd provided their number but guess wat they didn't pick calls for next 5 days nd 6th day came nd installed the air fiber which was not told us before we thought we are getting normal fibre connection as we dont know they released something new and 6th day they have spent all day in my home till 6:30 but it didn't work nd haven't get any signals nd somehow they tricked us nd took otp by saying its a procedure nd they have started our plan at same day without starting the internet connection nd said it will take 4 hours time from backend to start nd if doesn't not they will come at morning to check and since then nobody came nd not even picking our calls nd complaint 4 5 times in airtel customer care and all they says we are raising a complaint ticket about this issue and highlight it nd it will be resolved in 24 hours nd this 24 hours have been done since last week at repeat.

I have Airtel fiber. 40 Mbps plan. Working superior without interrupting. But one problem when power is cut then the internet won't work and electric comes then router take much time to provide the internet
In my case, I booked jio air fiber and they are giving dates for installation from past 3 months, when I call them for installation they say there is a shortage of technician in our area. Then I cancelled my booking. But still did not received my booking amount

Same here, abhi 2 din hua installation hokar, first day accha chala, 2nd day 4 to 5 hours internet tha phir problem hua, engineer bola, Baarish kee wajah se problem hai.
