I'm glad to see that i wasnt the only one who thought about blending the aesthetics of the World Eaters and Sons of Horus. I actually used a few of the new berzerker bits to help myself kitbash some Sons of Horus Reavers. I also snipped the wings off a few of the new world eater heads and put on some top knots to try and play around with the aesthetic
I ended up getting a box of eightbound that was missing pieces. So my local shop exchanged the box and gave me the old box. I used the extra arms to kitbash some possessed. And i can say 1 thing. Possessed with chain blades coming out if their arms or a circular saw blade coming out their arms look bad ass. I mainly run possessed and Berzerkers. Im starting up a EC army. Though its a slow process bc GW has basically nothing out for EC. I bought my own 3-D printer a while back. And im 3-D printing my own sonic weapons for my noise marines, and weapons that look like sonic weapons for my hell brute, land raider, predators and terminators. All i have that are dedicated to my EC army is terminators, land raider, 2 hell brutes and some marines. Im glad i used those tiny magnets for my bigger models. Bc now i can just switch off different weapons when ever i like. Imma try and get 2 forge fiends and 2 mauler fiends. My demon prince is on its way. And instead of its wings. I 3-D printed a “backpack” thats just a larger size than my noise marines have. They all have backpacks that have what looks like pipes from a organ coming out the top of them. And they are all different lengths. Imma also 3-D print a covering for my demon princes hand. Itll just slide over it (so i can take it off and his hand will still be there) and the front of it is going to look like a sonic weapon. Its going to even have little “wires” coming off it that will connect to the demon princes arm to make it look like he modified his body with it. I love sonic weapons. I would of did a EC army first. But i wanted to play once i got like 1000 points. But, sense GW dosnt do EC justice. I knew i was going to have waaaay more time in everything bc of kitbashing and making things myself. I probable have 1000 points in my EC army. But thats me using tanks from my other army and switching them back and fourth. And i dont want to do that anymore. 😂 But i am glad that i painted my world eaters in a way where their paint is close to the colors im doing my EC army. So i can use the predators and what not with no problem.
Would love to see a vehicle version of this. For example: Rhinos that have a more Khorne feel instead of just being painted red with a couple of spikes.
I like to pay homage to the old Berserker kits and use there over sized heads. They are a perfect fit for the newer, bigger Berserkers

The dishonoured is just the big beefy guy within the regular jakhal kit
Agree the kit is fantastic. I’ve used some third party female marine-scale heads; I’ve seen similar using femme Stormcast Eternal heads as well.
