I own a small candy shop. My customers are requesting these for holiday gifts. I have watched a TON of videos. Yours, by far is the best in explaination, content, and simple technique I have seen. Thank you so very much.
I’ll be hosting a hot chocolate bomb class THIS WEEKEND ONLY and Q&A where I will show you different methods to use to create custom flavored bombs, answer questions on pricing, packaging and so much more! Register here: fb.me/e/1MH18YhtC
So cute. I would use white chocolate for the horn & crown molds...and I would dust the mold with Lustre dust prior to adding the chocolate. Thanks for the inspiration. Loving your videos.
I'm so glad I found this before I made any! My cousins' little girls will LOVE this so much more than regular ones!!!! I think I'll use the multi-color marshmallows, too.
You are amazing !! So so adorable ! Thanks so much sweet girl , you are so positive and precious, thank you for sharing your talent my wheels are turning !! Hoping Joanns has a unicorn mold !
So cute! How much hot cocoa do you actually put in the bombs? I assume you have to account for the sweetness of the shell too 🤔 how much hot liquid do you recommend for this size bomb?
I bought the unicorn candy cupcake decorations at Walmart. It comes with horn, eyes, and ears. I also put the sprinkles all around the horn as a crown, then down its " back" for its mane.
You do a great job on your videos, music is lovely, and I hope you do really well. I continue to follow. That's a lotta work on these unicorns, tell me how much will you charge for all that delicate work.....there are so many directions to go with the decorating I see.
Suggestion for fine details- use parchment paper and have a piece of regular paper under with the design you want to create. So for the eyes, trace the shape on the parchment paper and attach once dried to have nice, even eyes! If you mess up, add it back to the chocolate and melt it down
UA-cam is recommending all these Unicorn Cocoa Bombs to me since I just launched a Short today with it. Impressive view counts on your video & easy to understand!!!
I love your videos they are awesome. But I have a question about storing. I have some place to go in 5 days. But I would like to make them and store them until its the day I leave. If there is a way to lremake these... How would you suggest I go about it? Also, Do I fill them with everything... Or is it best to store the 2 half chocolate mold without filling til the night before or the day of? Please let me know... And keep your videos coming Thanks 😁
Hey there! They can definitely be made ahead and stored away if sealed properly. Depending on how many you are making you can just make the shells and save for the day before. But if you’re making a lot I would highly recommend starting on them early and not waiting until the last minute.
I don’t do anything special to keep them from melting. But make sure your hands are cool and your halves are thick. I don’t ship so I don’t have any tips but I’m getting ready to try it out so I’ll update how it goes.
The video was so helpful. You were clear and to the point and I feel like I can actually make this. I’m gonna try to make pumpkins for Halloween 🎃! Thanks for sharing 😊
now this idea will be so cute for a little girl that's having a unicorn theme sleepover birthday party in the winter time and the parent want to fix all the little girls that's at the birthday party some hot chocolate after they've come in from playing in the snow this will be so adorable for a little girl's birthday slumber party
Did you happen to use white almond bark? Almost looked like that in the top left bowl with the red candy melts in the shot of all your ingredients. Super cute idea! I look forward to trying these this winter!
Yes! White almond bark and red candy melts. Thank you and I would love to see what you create in the winter! You can tag me or dm me @thestationbakery if you remember lol
Hi, I've bought the molds to make these. The chocolate is my concern, especially if I plan to sell these. Do the melts taste waxy? I've watched so many videos and they call for quality chocolate but it's so expensive! I'm scared to use the melts. How does it taste? Thanks

Working mom's with babies, toddlers and little ones rock!! Kudos and props!
Yesss!!! Thank you so much!
Instead of using a skillet, heat up a baking sheet, place wax paper and melt on the wax paper. East clean up.
Yes! That’s what I do in all of my latest videos. Thank you so much!
Parchment paper would be better, the wax paper melts too
So cute. I would use white chocolate for the horn & crown molds...and I would dust the mold with Lustre dust prior to adding the chocolate. Thanks for the inspiration. Loving your videos.

HI! I was wondering if you room temp dry the chocolate or do you put it in the fridge? Thank you !
For speed purposes I freeze for a few seconds to set it.
@@TheStationBakery how minutes do you freeze? How to prevent from cracking when taking out of the mold? Thank you
Such a cute idea! 😍🦄
Thank you so much!
Do you place them in the refrigerator when done or can they stay on the counter without being ruined?
They can stay out. Just out then in an airtight container
Wow! You’re so creative! 👍🏻😃
Thank you so much!

Hi. You're brilliant, love your videos. Can I ask where you got your horn mould from please?
Thank you so much! The mold is from Walmart
Is the semicircle mold from Walmart as well?
Very detailed video. We’re did you get the round molds?
Thank you! They’re from amazon. I put the link in the description, but it seems like they are all currently sold out 😬
I love this. you are amazing. I wonder how you rap or package this one..

@@TheStationBakery thanks for the answer. I was going all through your videos looking for the packaging. Lol So adorable and can't wait to make. 😍
So fun I love unicorns 🦄 too ❤️

Hi! Love this. How do you temper your chocolate?
Thank you! I don’t temper the chocolate. It’s premade almond bark.
My new channel love it
What kind of powder chocolate you use ?
Aww thank you!! I use various kinds of powder depending on the flavor. For this particular one I used Swiss miss

Where do you get the glimmering stuff you put on with a paint brush?
Amazon
Very cute tfs☺😆😃
Thank you!
Hello can this be done for cold milk??
No, the heat from the hot milk is what makes them “explode” and melt into hot chocolate.
Those unicorns are so stinking cute!!! Can you do dragons for the boys?
Thank you so much! That’s a great idea.
What kind of chocolate do u use for the pink?
Almond bark and Candy melts
What does this look like in a cup? I wonder if it is pink :)
Because I used regular hot chocolate it was brown, but if you use white hot chocolate it’ll show up pink
Cute. Can you do a dinosaur one?
Good idea!
Sprinkles, The edible glitter lol
Everything a unicorn needs
Use the colored mini marshmallows, theres like 5 colors in a bag
Thank you
How do you package these to prevent breakage?
Here are some packaging ideas I’ve usedCheck out this list Hot Chocolate Bombs Starter Pack from The Station Bakery www.amazon.com/shop/thestationbakery?listId=ZDO0IDXZ92UK&ref=inf_list_own_thestationbakery
💜
Is it possible to ship these so they stay in one piece?
Hey! Yes, I was able to ship these with the mug without breaking. I used a lot of bubble wrap.
Every time I make these they break. How do you get them out of the mold without them breaking? I’ve redone them multiple times
Try greasing your mold a bit or add more chocolate
What kind of chocolate did you use?
Almond bark and candy melts
Any ideas how to make a dragon bomb?
Same way just add more horns
Fun
Thank you!
Did you use silicone mold ?
Yes I did!
Quick question...Can you make hot chocolate bombs with candy melts...p.s these are freakin adorable 🦄☕️

At first I thought she was going to use the pink strawberry Nestle quick hot cocoa mix
Great idea!
How big is the mold
2.5-2.7”
Make some devil hot chocolate bombs 😂
😂 You mean like spicy hot chocolate?
How much hot chocolate mix in each ball
In this tutorial I used a third of the package in each one. Now I measure and use about 1 or 1 1/4 tbsp
