Have been using hp 301 inks from John Lewis and printer stopped printing and displays inks incompatible and cannot change display . Can you advise please ?
Hello. There must be something with the ink cartridge chip if it gave an error of incompatible cartridge after it was already printing. Remove cartridge and make sure there isn't anything on the golden contact area that may prevent the printer from recognizing ink. Usually some ink spill will cause that. It is alos possible that the cartridge went bad and that happens. It needs to be replaced.
