It seems fairly great, but requires 2 buttons to do damage (ik about the arcanist brand on bosses), regular gemswap for bosses, movement speed being tied to 10sec duration blessing, both you and boss needing to stand still + cluster jewel swap without being deep delve tanky. I don't know man. Cool tried and true mechanics, but i'm a boomer now and prefer doing almost none of that with the cost of my damage going down by 50%

One cool thing about consuming dark is it gives levels to Anger, so you can get around 800 base chaos damage with a high level anger and aura effect (Supreme Ego, etc.) and let's you turn all different types of spells or dagger attacks into poison skills. I was trying it out with Choir of the Storm's free +440% damage effectiveness on crit, to get 3520 extra base poison damage on top of your main skill, and with wither and shock from Choir, you can reach dot cap extremely easily.
I was looking for a non bow pfinder poison build and wanted to do the camping with pcoc, will have to test this trans cremation, but the pob sure looks nice

Last time I played it I never got the watcher's eye, and just used a hatred base crit one + 40% convert mastery in the tree and it felt pretty comfy

Why not use volkuur's instead of 2x consuming dark? Both options approximately 50% less damage multiplier (only 60% converted to fire with consuming dark vs 50% less duration with volkuur's) but frees up main hand and potential shield slot for dawnbreaker etc.
while i was mfing in gauntlet, i got aegis, sunblast, 3 badge of the brotherhoods, void battery, shavronne's wrappings, kaom's heart 2x. i got 0 fire volkuurs. it's so much more rare, especially since there are variants and the other two are dog. consuming dark is bottom feeder

Why Inextricable Fate boots? The reduced crits is nice but outside only a few bosses (ubers notably included) the grasping vines is a dead mod and you're inflating pob dps a bit with it.
im asking that myself too, but i think its for single target 100% dmg can poison with 3 vines on them - that should be a massive boost in dmg since 100% fire dmg will poison + 60% of the 2 daggers (as with all conversion in the end they just stack ontop of each other)
Man i planned a build with the new tornado similar to that. Blocking cold amd lightning using the two daggers. You get 12 hits per second vs 9 but i guess the base damage is only a fraction.
Heads up --- coloring the Lightning Coil for 3 blue 3 green will take 439 chromatic orbs on average using the best method, which is Vorici 1 blue guaranteed

my day 1 pob has no jewels at all...??? but for context, last time i did a real day 1 start i played with a +2 CTA skin of the lords at the 12 hour mark so idk. consuming is 1c day 1. coil is easily self-farmable within the first 10 hours of any league that has the div card on a map. last target farm run i did ssfhc had 2 coils by 14 hours. idk what the issue is

Tornado more about comfy playstile. Less damage, lesser buttons, less stressful. I'm too plan to play it and have some ideas how to scale this skill.
